Nice room- comfortable.

All perfect

We were greeted by Bruno at the desk and he was very nice and polite. Gave us recommendations for dining Was small but exactly what we wanted for one night before we hopped on the train to the airport Walking distance, tons of local dining and into the beach

Fine hotel for a short stay. Well located. Staff very friendly at check in. Good selection of food at breakfast. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, shower was good. My only one issue was that everything in the hallways echoes so it makes it quite noisy when other guests are coming and going. However, overall this was a good hotel in its category.

Damp and mould in rooms. Window didn’t open and air con broke. Moved to a new room after one night that was also damp

The staff at the reception was very helpful, the rooms are functional and clean, an additional light on top of the bathroom mirror would be nice

Is located near restaurants and shopping, about 10 mns walk from the beach, is ok for a short stay , my only complaint will be that there is no iron in the rooms ,

Staff all lovely. Rooms are very clean and comfortable but we had no bathroom door which is awkward the bathroom is tiny and so was the room and breakfast room all a squeeze but we still enjoyed

Receptionist was very pleasant and sent me in tribute direction to buy a dress. The location is perfect walking distance from a great beach as well as good restaurants and shops.

Good location for the beach and getting to the centre. Room is included with a breakfast buffet. Staff were helpful and friendly. The tripple room did not have a fridge which was disappointing since it was hot and we could not keep our water cold. The bathroom smelt of damp after showering as there is no window and we noticed damp on the room wall.

Small hotel for short period in the center - nice staff

Although this property is located beside the light train, it was relatively quiet. As a vegetarian, I liked that a few good vegetarian restaurants are in a walking distance. The staff is friendly and very kind. The room was very clean.

That's a family stay with one kid for 5 overnights. The location is fantastic. Near the Lidl supermarket. Near the beach. The staffs are 1000%. Mainly Eliana, she is always helping us ang giving all informations that a famiky would need. The place is recently renewed, looks like brand new. The cable TB has loads of channels for all family. The windowns from the second floor has a nice view from Portugal's arquitecture, besides the tram to the Porto city centre, Airport and Porto's stadium. The room are small fir kids and there are no public place to smoke, read orto kids play for a while. The breakfast is continental and they will offer soya milk if you are vegan. The breakfast room is so small that people using perfume/deodorant taking breakfast would be a problem for alergics ones. But, they are doing it in shifts due the Pandemy. Would be excellent at least a kettle and 2 mugs in yhe room and sime hungers on the toilet to the weted towels. And at least a chair fie the hairdresser would be a bonus. No place to seat beasides the own bed (matrees, pilow, etc excellent. The room pictureis modified and in the room with 3 beds, looks like a double bed and 2 single beds, but in fact there are 3 single beds. So, if you are with 2 kids they will charge you 10 Euro daily extra. But no extra bed or cot is really possible to set on the room as it is really small. They will allow the fouth kid, but you will need jin the 3 single beds. Not recomendable for a family with 2 kids,at all.

The locations are great, the staff member is so nice.

The rooms are clean and cozy and the staff is friendly especially a young lady called Anna who was helpful and made you feel at home. The location was good as it addressed my need to walk to the venue of my 5-day workshop. Being near the beach was a plus and invited a lot of exploration around the neighbourhood. It would be nice and convenient to have a kettle and some cups in the room for a cuppa when needed.

The Receptionist was very nice and helpful. But we stayed in a very stinky room for 5 nights, as they didn't have another room. I left my purse with my wallet for 1 hour when we went to the beach and all my money were stolen.
