The staff were amazing. The room was decent. The area was incredible. Close to all transportation. A supermarket across the street was a plus to the place. The parking was pricey but easy.

Really nice hotel, a short walk to the metro and easily get to main points within 15 mins. Also on the line from the airport which is convenient! Staff friendly and helpful, rooms spacious, clean and beds comfy. Breakfast had a wide range and was tasty. I highly recommend if youre travelling to lisbon!

Clean and airy well appointed rooms

Very clean hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Unfortunately, room designers did not test how two people would live in a room: not enough towel hooks and bars in the bathroom, and they are too high up for 5.3” woman. Bedside stands have no shelves so not enough space to put stuff. No usb outlets. No coffee / tea bags though tea kettle and mugs were provided.

Great stay! Extremely nice and helpful staff. The room was cute and had everything we needed for our short stay. The actual property is very nice and in good walking distance to the city. The morning breakfast was also good, with lots of options.

The staff were outstanding! Very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Everything with the booking went like clockwork. The hotel was well located, the room was very comfortable!

Good place to stay

Wonderful stay at EXE Saldanha. The facilities are new and rooms are clean. Breakfast is good and has large variety too. Car park can not be reserved as per policy but we were lucky that there was still available space and access through the car life next door was easy but bigger/longer car might be a bit more difficult. There is a fire station opposite to the hotel so you might hear loud sounds during the night but it wasn't too bad for us. Getting into the city centre is easy either via Metro or Uber, overall very good experience.

The hotel was situated in a quiet place with lots of shops, and also a supershop just opposite to it so we could quickly grab our essentials like drinks/water or late night snacks. The hotel staff were nice and very helpful and were 24/7 available. The breakfast was not anything too overrated but the menu was simple, basic and abundantly enough for people especially who used to come late. The trays were always filled up before being emptied. We enjoyed a heavy breakfast every single day of our stay as we were moving around all day long and used to skip lunch for having early dinner.I would say this hotel was a good choice for us and if we were to visit again we'll definitely choose it and would recommend for friends and others as well.

Super clean room, very good location, quiet street

Clean room and the breakfast was good.

The room was big and clean. The shower could use some non-skid strips and a holding bar as it is slippery. Breakfast was fresh, lots of choices and the area was spotless, however the menu was the same for the entire ten day stay. Front desk personnel is the gem of the whole operation. Especially Victoria and Filipa. Victoria checked us in and I immediately started asking about restaurant recommendations. She gave us four names. Tried them all. Rate them from good to excellent. On the day of our 50th Aniversary she sent up a fruit plate and a bottle of wine. Very thoughtful. Felipa was always welcoming with a smile make you feel like you're coming home. Location is very close to shopping with all the conveniences you may need. Super market dire tly across the street. Overall I strongly recommend this property and I'll stay again

The location is excellent for exploring Lisbon's main attractions. The staff was very friendly throughout our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet menu was delicious. Thank you so much!

My friend and I spent the night after touring. I loved how central it was with easy access to transit, restaurants and shopping. Great front staff, room had wine and great views. They had a wonderful breakfast offered and easy check out. Thank you for everything.

The room was clean and tidy, and I particularly enjoyed my stay as the room was super quiet. The bathroom and shower were particularly well curated. Overall, the staff has been very professional, polite, and available at any time. The area itself is strategic as it’s not super central but easy to reach via public transport from both the airport and the city centre. Plenty of amenities and services at walking distance - restaurants, cafes, El Corte Inglés, parks, … and a big supermarket just in front of the hotel! Super recommended.
