The hotel didn't include towels, since we didn't have a car and we arrived in the late evening, we walked several kilometers and all I could find were small microfiber automotive towels (size of hand towels).

The staff was the best thing about this site. They were helpful and very professional without exception. The hostel was really basic. The shower was so small that you shared it with the shower curtain. The hot water was good and continual. There was no rail to hold the shower head and the floor became very wet and slippery, no shower mats were provided. The breakfast was poor, stale bread, little choice, watered down orange juice and the coffee was from a vending type machine, so all powdered. I didn't bother wuth the breakfast and went to a nearby coffee bar instead. To sum up if it wasn't for the staff, I would not waste my time on rating this property.

It pains me to write this because the people who run this place seem like nice people, but this hostel is absolutely unacceptable. I checked in to find a room in complete shambles- a mattress pulling apart at the seams, dried blood in the bunks, clear signs of bedbugs, no fitted sheets. They do not give you key cards and the rooms do not lock, which I felt unsafe with as a solo woman traveler. There is no wifi and no outlets. Not to mention the address of this place is wrong online, which resulted in me walking over an hour with all of my gear- all for a disappointing stay. If you are used to the likes of TOC and generator hostels stay far far away from this place- it’s cheap for a reason.

Está dentro de un recinto de apartaments con mucha seguridad y es difícil de encontrar. Relación calidad precio-Bueno. Limpieza excelente. Estais en un albergue internacional però con unas vistas increïbles y con un montón de recursos históricos que visitar en Oeiras.
