The hotel's 4-star rating wouldn't even get a 1-star today. Carpets in the hallways are ripped, walls are damaged and dirty, rooms are very old, and the air conditioning can't be adjusted

The hotel had only just reopened since being sold. Rooms were okay but the exterior of the hotel needs refurbishing badly. The area around the hotel is also very run down.

Lovely just what we expected for this area we would recommend it but North America visitors have to modify their expectations. It is a working class port limited for the season but we enjoyed the people very much !

The hotel staff are great, friendly and helpful. Not their fault but AC was broken so they upgraded us, although ac in that room also not working.bathroom had mold in tub/shower area. Decent hotel in need of some upgrades.

Never go here. Isabelle the manager is the rudest hotel person I have met. The hotel was not at all like advertised. No AC, no restaurant, pool was a disaster. The manager and staff could not have cared less about the guests.

It was not the best of locations but okay.
They charged me 20 e per night for my service dog. I read that it is not legal to charge for service animals in the EU.
Breakfast was good. The pool area was not taken care of. Weeds were tall and unkept.

Fantastic boutique hotel, staff are excellent, welcoming, responsive and proud of the hotel. Parking is good, breakfast is good and the location is within walking distance of cafes and restaurants. I would definitely recommend and choose to stay there again if I'm in the area.
