This was a last minute booking when our flight was changed so we only stayed for one night. We weren't expecting too much after reading the reviews but I have to say it surpassed our expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful on reception. We had 2 rooms between our group and both rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel is really conveniently located with just a 15 minute walk into the centre so we were able to explore Lisbon while we were there.

I actually couldn't stay at the hotel, when I arrived they informed me at the reception that the hotel was full and that it must have been a mistake. I have been trying to claim back the money I have paid but no success since the hotel didn't provide me with any prove of it. I would.like to get my money back since I paid for a service that I couldn't receive! Please contact the hotel and inform me of the procedure to get a refund!

Great location. Friendly staff. Lobby nice enough. Breakfast reasonable. The carpet situation in the room was terrible, very frayed. Not sure of cleanliness. The halls smell rank, again probably the old carpets. They absolutely nreed to get rid of them. It looks nice when you see the picture of the lobby, but the rest of the place looks and feels very run down. Bed though vdry comfortable and clsan.

The service we received from the moment we arrived was excellent. The staff on reception were helpful, informative, friendly and very pleasant. We had an excellent room which actually looked like the pictures on your website pages. The bathroom was a bit cramped and the shower fixture was broken but these were small problems. The bed was very comfortable and there was a minibar for keeping water cool, which was useful. Breakfast was a little unimaginative but here again the service was friendly and efficient and the rolls were fresh. The hotel itself is near a metro station, just down the hill from a superb and reasonable Italian restaurant and near a park. All in all, a good place to stay.

Hotel flamingo was comfortable and clean and located great with bars and restaurants close by, my only problems was the heat of the rooms, mainly because the bathroom was like a Sauna it's very uncomfortable being in there too long especially when the hairdryer is in there too. Another problem was the WI-FI was down for 4 of our 5 day stay, of course this is not the fault of the hotel but we would have liked to be compensated in some way for using our personal DATA on our mobiles.

The smell in my room was absolutely horrible. It was coming from the bathroom, probably from the sink. The carpet was very dirty. The location is great. The staff at the front desk was nice. Also they charged me 8 euros for 2 minutes phone call within Lisbon to confirm my shuttle pickup. I think this kind of service should be free for the guests. Definitely not coming back to this hotel.

This property is old and outdated. The tub is nasty and dirty. The bed are small and hard. The entire hotel smells like a funeral home. Please don’t stay here. The staff was very helpful and professional. Please don’t stay here you will not be satisfied.

For price and location, this is very good. A very short walk to some excellent areas of Lisbon namely Principe Real which has the most incredible views of the city. Also, we were catching a flight the next morning and this hotel is a quick and cheap Uber rider away. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The room is basic but clean. The bed was comfortable enough.

Location is just excellent! People are very friendky and ready to go extra mile for their guests. Rooms are small, clean, with all that a guests needs. The hotel is located on very busy street, and st night it gets loud, but the windoes have exemptional sound isolation. Internet was very weak, essentially unusable.

Hotel is located close to main metro stop. Lisbon is hilly and this hotel is on a hill which may be a problem to some. Staff was very friendly, they even tried to help me book a bus ticket on their communal pc after my phone was stolen. Wifi was good. My single room had a balcony which is always nice. Would stay again.

Highly recommended for its fantastically helpful staff and proximity to the sites of Lisbon. Basic but very comfortable and exceptionally friendly, perfect if you plan to be out all day and night, exploring this beautiful city. And who wouldn’t?! Great, very affordable place to stay.
