A Memorable Stay Thanks to the Wonderful Staff After many hours of air travel, we arrived at the hotel feeling very tired. The hotel staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Although we arrived well before the official check-in time, they kindly allowed us to check in as soon as our room was ready. We truly appreciated their thoughtfulness and their willingness to do their best to make their guests comfortable. The hotel’s location is excellent. It is close to the metro, surrounded by many restaurants, cafés, and shops, and within easy walking distance of many of the city’s main attractions. Our room was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with a simple yet practical layout that made our stay very comfortable. Thanks to the wonderful staff and the convenient location, we had a delightful stay. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon and would gladly stay here again. A special thank you to the front desk team for making us feel so welcome after our long journey from Canada. Your kindness meant more to us than you know.

This hotel has a great location, comfortable, very gentle employees, though very small bathroom and needs to be renovated. Awful towels, very bad ones, thin, old, not good at all.
