Great location and great staff

Was ok

hôtel bien situé à 5 minutes de la station de métro Marques de Pombal. Chambre confortable sur une rue tranquille la nuit. Personel bilingue et serviable au restaurant. Bon buffet pour déjeuner. Point négatif pas de coupe-eau au bas de la porte de la douche ce qui rendait le plancher glissant et les gens à la réception étaient au courant.

We booked 2 rooms one double and another triple room. The double room had a kettle with coffee etc but no toiletries (shampoo/lotion etc). They just had 2 soap dispensers. The triple room was nice and spacious but it lacked detail. We did not get a kettle with tea etc and no toiletries in the washroom. Even after asking at the front desk we were told this is how the rooms are configured. No attempt was made to help or accommodate.

Nice bar

We stayed here two nights. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The staff were friendly. Great location of you want to walk and explore the city by foot. Parking was a hassle but to be expected in Lisbon in June. Overall, we liked our stay

Pleasant stay at Ibis styles, great location

We loved the size of the room, the wrap around terrace and view.

It wasn’t What we saw and book in internet .it was total dump place…….. It was mold in the shower, the room needed repair stuff, there wasn’t even charger area to charge your phone, they told us to go and buy the adapter. I can go on and on…

Only one night but enjoyed it, the free breakfast was excellent and the bed was comfortable.

Great pool front suite. Great location to hiking boardwalks, light house and hidden beaches. Easily walkable to downtown Lagos and marina. Convenient to everything. Clean and great customer service. Best brunch buffet I’ve ever had!!!!!

My room was very big, modern and lovely and cool. The bed was very comfortable and the power shower was amazing! The air con worked really well, there was a fridge and a safe. There was also a huge TV, a desk and chair and a second smaller desk and seat. The room was ready at 10am when I arrived early! I had cappuccino and pastel de nata (highly recommended) twice in the bar and both were really well presented. The bar had really comfortable seating and the staff were lovely - on the day I left the guy serving gifted me my drink and two cakes! The hotel has a games room and some rooms have balconies. There are two supermarkets in the same street and it’s about 5-8 mins from the subway and hop on/hop off bus starting point. The street was noisy at night but I just wore earth plugs.

No value for your money…

They took my small dog which was the reason I booked it. But it was an excellent choice. Spotlessly clean. Good location. Pretty good food in their cafe. Very fairly priced. Stayed in an Ibis in Malaga also. Great value for money.

My flight arrived earlier than expected and because the room was available they allowed me to do an earlier check in. Thank you!

Nice

Front desk staff was nice. The breakfast was decent. The bar is lacking. If you do not know how to make a simple drink then you really shouldn’t call yourself a bar.
