We were in no 41, on the top floor, with a large private terrace with gorgeous views across the city. From check in to check out, everything worked well. Not over luxurious but very clean and more than adaquate, and fully equipped. Well located in a good district.

Conveniently located with a bus stop literally right out front. Most places also walkable (20-30 mins) if you don’t mind walking some hills. Room was clean, AC worked very well, and staff were responsive.

The check-in needs to be improved. We arrived after mudnight and it took us more than an hour to check-in. It is self check in and the system wasn’t working. The next day we saw some people having the same issues.

The apartment was nice but air conditioning was not working from the first day. The staff were rude and said it is central problem. They gave us a fan after 2 days. It is expensive forbthe price they charge. Without AC, you have to open windows and welcome nasty mosquitoes. One of our worst experiences!

BE CAREFUL AT THE TIME OF ONLINE CHECK IN. Their website is not perfect and if you make a mistake, there is no customer service. Everything was fine until I requested a refund, because when I did the check in their website, was not working correctly, and I re-paid for the fees, and after a month, they haven answer me, Expedia, or my credit card. It is a shame that I have to write a bad review por a place because the terrible customer service. CUIDADO A LA HORA DE PAGAR DURANTE EL CHECK IN ONLINE. Todo estuvo bien, el apto, el ubicación. Pero tengan cuidado en el website de ellos a la hora de pagar los impuestos al check in porque si se equivocan NO hay forma de conseguir que ellos respondan por su dinero. Yo he pedido la devolución del dinero extra por más de un mes y no me responden ni a mi, ni a expedía, ni a la tarjeta de crédito. Lástima tener que dejar una mala revisión de un sitio por su pesimo servicio al cliente.

Loved the apartment, 3 of us stayed for 3 nights and had a good experience. Walkable to amazing restaurants and breakfast places like cafe monka and others. Tram line is right outside the house. Communication could have been better though, with access code provided over email instead of us having to find someone, use their phone and call them.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was large and clean. It takes a while for the water to get warm in the shower. We were on the ground floor so we had to put up with noise in the lobby a few times. It's a good location with a bus & tram stop just out the front door.

아파트가 깨끗하고 아주 좋았습니다. 식기, 세탁기, 식기세척기 등 모든것이 완벽했습니다. 그런데 입실 48시간전에 출입할수 있는 코드를 보내주신다고 했었는데, 입실할때까지 보내주지 않아서, 호텔에 메일을 보냈는데도 답이 없어서 걱정하면서 호텔에 가야 했습니다.

Really comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of appliances, crockery etc We were on the 4th floor which meant we had to go up one flight of stairs as the lift only went to the 3rd floor. This was more than compensated for by the big balcony with sweeping views over Lisbon and lots of seating to enjoy the sunset etc. Only negative was lack of shelving in bathroom and shower.

I have stayed in several of the Lisbon Serviced apartments. Santos, principe real, and Baixa. This was by far the most tired of the four I have experienced. This particular stay I was in the accessible room, which I am glad they have for people who need, but I wish I was made aware. I am 5’ 2” so the tall toilet was challenging. My feet dangled which meant I was not able to do #2. The room is right by the front door across from the cleaners room so very noisy and three I left briefly and also put the do not clean sign in my door since the cleaners knocked and opened the door even when I had the sign on my door. They did it so fast I did not have time to respond. So left briefly to get some water and while I was away they put mop heads in my washing machine to wash which was a bit loud. I needed to get in a call for work, then during my call, I still had the sign on the door they knocked loudly to get the mop heads. I had to stop my call and open the door. It was a bit weird and has put me off from using them again. I have stayed at their apartments over 10x in the last 7 years.
