All good except three things:
1. Noisy location near air plane talking off path and also, heavy train noise
2. Room was not very well insulated to noise, could hear every words people saying outside my room door
3. The Kiosk check in is ok but online should be preferred

Staff was very friendly & helpful, they are greeting the visitor at the entrance & explaining everything.
Room was very clean, there were quite a few Mercados around, coffee places, and a few restaurants as well.
It’s very close to the Lisbon International Airport, but not so close to Lisbon downtown.

The place itself was lovely - clean, spacious and comfortable. Sophia greeted us and helped us check in (and gave us directions to downtown, as well as organized our airport taxi for us- she was wonderful!).
The couch was most uncomfortable (but we didn’t need it).
The communication was non- existent; I sent several messages the days prior with some questions, and never got a single response. I also never got the code to actually enter the building. After waiting outside of the building for a while, Sophia happened to see us and let us in. She then helped us with the automated (on a touchscreen screen) check-in process. If it wasn’t for Sophia happening to come by when she did, I really don’t know how we would have been able to get in.
The place really needs to work on their communication- it was a very unsettling experience overall, until we ran into Sophia.

Good apartment about 25 mins by Uber to downtown.
If travelling by metro 2 lines to get there, similar timeframe including the walk.
Probably would try to stay closer if you want city action. It’s a long walk uphill from the city take an Uber €5-8
