We enjoyed our stay. Staff were helpful and friendly except one receptionist who kept us waiting for a long time whilst he was on the phone with no apologies.The indoor pool was good except there were no lights in the toilets/shower room and no windows on both the times I used the pool. Excellent breakfast and special menu option for evening meal was a reasonable price, but this menu was not made available till late in the day, so one did not know whether to eat in or out, especially as the restaurant had to be booked.

All staff were happy and cheerful from all departments within the hotel. Spa facilities were great. On one occasion the water in the spa was not warm. Upon informing reception the matter was dealt with and when ordering a coffee later in the day it was given complimentary with an apology. The next day the water in the spa was warm again. Breakfast was perfect with a good selection of fresh fruits, cakes and hot selection. We stayed for a week and found the location so relaxing as it was surrounded by forest. Good in the hotel restaurant was to a very high standard as was customer service. Nearest restaurants outside the hotel were a five minute drive into the local village. All in all a perfect holiday with a 5 star recommendation

great valiue place Sunday to Wednesday in this very remote loaction of Portugal - there is not so much to do, good Restaurants are rare but the hotel offers indoor and outdoor pool, Hamam and quite good breakfast selection (included in all rates) Downside: even it's so remote they try to charge 7,5€/day for parking - very strange way to collect extra money (would be easier in pool towels rental or breakfast extra) as outside in the streets it's free of charge....

Café da manhã bom. Atendimento da recepção ruim, cama e chuveiro bom. O problema foi o banheiro escuro, secador de cabelo preso por fita crepe e desligando sozinho e o ar condicionado não funcionou no frio porque nos disseram que estava na programação de inverno ainda, mas no dia quente, o quarto estava uma estufa e nos disseram que não poderiam fazer nada. Quarto tem uma lista vista! Por ser um spa, esperava algo mais bem cuidado.

J’ai dormi 2 nuits, le petit déjeuner est de 8h à 10h et malheureusement comme j’avais des rendez de bon heure impossible pour moi, de le prendre. Le soir pas de restaurant, obligé de prendre la voiture et aller en ville. Enfin le parking à 7€50 la nuit, beaucoup de voitures garées sur la route en vrac à l’extérieur.

Hotel bastante agradável, com todos as restrições que a pandemia exige mas mesmo assim muito confortável. Fomos primeiro fim de semana que estava aberto após o confinamento e ficamos agradavelmente surpreendidos com a organização. No buffet do pequeno almoço haviam funcionários a servirem os hóspedes, todos os funcionários de máscara, desinfectante em vários locais, etc. Tivemos um pequeno problema com a TV que não funcionava mas os funcionários prontamente tentaram resolver. A repetir, sem dúvida
