The hotel in general is nice! However the Manager Marco Antonio and his team front desk Mrs. Barbara were unbelievable helpful at the time we arrived. I will definitely come back to stay at the hotel next time I visit Lisboa Portugal

Clean room but quite dark with limited lighting. Standard hotel room with a fridge. Breakfast was average, so don’t expect too much. Laundry service is available but expensive; there is a self-service coin laundry about 3–5 minutes away. The check-in staff was friendly initially, and recommended us places to visit and even offered to give us some dinner suggestions, so we later went back to ask for dinner recommendations, he then called and made a reservation for us without asking first. Since the booking was already made, we went to O Zé do Cozido. The restaurant was more expensive than expected and also the food didn’t stand out compared to other places we tried. It might be better to look up a few options yourself than asking for their help.

Las habitaciones son bonitas por dentro y cómodas, sin embargo el personal del hotel no es muy amable, en general ni lo miran a uno y tampoco responde un saludo o un hasta luego. Las señoras del aseo son amables menos la que nos tocó ayer (March 13.2026) Habitacion 1506, es una persona muy grosera, le pedí que limpiará el cuarto y se molestó, me tocó bajar a la recepción y hablar con alguien para que me ayudara, cuando llegamos en la noche encontramos los pocillos del café y las copas del vino sucias (adjunto foto). Nos dejó toallas súper desgastadas y manchadas. Los vigilantes me vieron entrando con las maletas y se dieron cuentan que necesitaba ayuda y ni siquiera me abrieron la puerta. En el salón de los desayunos nadie saluda, nadie dice buenos días, en general cero de cordialidad. Tengo que mencionar que las tres personas amables y serviciales fueron marco, Carlos y Bruno (en el desayuno), ellos tiene calidad humana, interactúan, son extremadamente amables y dan ayuda inclusive sin pedírsela, los ame a ellos 3 y les agradezco porque sino fuera por ellos 3 no llegarían ni a dos estrellas en calificación. Al llegar al hotel estaba intentando hablar portugués (brasilero) y la recepcionista básicamente se rio en mi cara (actitud bastante grosera). En general no me volvería a quedar en este hotel.

Location was close to public transport, the Breakfast was good, the staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean. The towels were very old and worn out.
