Good location right across from Parque metro station. Light breakfast served to start your day

Subway station (they call it “metro”) is on the other side of the street.

Very quite area but easily walkable to the city centre with good dining options locally.

I wanted to complain about *Residencial Horizonta * that we stayed from June 3 to 11 in Portugal Lisbon. The room was dirty. There are bed bugs, we all got bites on body. I complained to the front desk, but not getting any help. The front desk staff not even write down our complain. He asked us to talk to the manager but didn’t give us the manager contact. We found that it’s no point to get any help from the hotel or argue with the staff. We didn’t want to ruin our vacation, and further damage our body with bug bites. We decided to find another hotel. We didn’t use the room for 3 nights and much appreciate that if Expedia can step in and offer some credit or compensation for future trip.

Went to smoke outside property at night and i opened the gate, the night front desk asked me”WHY did you open it?” In a rude tone.

The great balcony view. Amazing sunsets. Nice to observe the passing crowd.

While most of the staff were very nice and ready to help, one particular staff member was very rude and needs to learn how to respect customers.

Excellent location. Very good value for a city centre. No frills, just all that one needs at a good price.

It was very basic and dated. The staff were lovely however I had to go looking for any pillows and couldn’t find a duvet or sheets. Ended up having to get a sleeping bag liner from decathlon because I wasn’t sure if the sheets had been washed (marks on mattress sheet)

Near two metro stations. However carpet looked old. Room was cramped. Breakfast was very average. And one of the front receptionists was rude

Very central, quiet, safe, close to airport. Comfortable beds, great view. Park nearby.

Very well located with the subway station just outside the hotel. Because it's located on a boulevard you can hear the traffic going by at night when you sleep. Was not a problem for me would stay here again when in Lisbon.

The room was what we needed and had a great breakfast

I liked the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, the quirkiness of the building, the clean modern bathroom, the extensive breakfast and the location. The lighting was a bit dim, especially on the staircases

Everything was ok, but the room was very cold and a bjt noise.

Hotel is in good location, just infront of the metro station, the downside is… when metro go on strike, i have to walk 30 minutes to the train station. Breakfast is included in my booking, it was not a bad breakfast at all, but it will be great if they change their breakfast menu. During my 5 days stay, the breakfast menu was the same, so on my last day i have to go out and have breakfast in burger king because just looking at the breakfast i feel like im gonna vomit as im eating the same menu in the last 4 mornings. Hotel is clean and safe. I booked a double bed, but on arrival my room is twin single bed. The toilet/shower is small but not a problem at all. Their bed needs upgrading, its hard like a board and the sheet is so thin, it will be good if theres a duvet instead of a sheet. Maybe adding electric kettle in the room will give another thumbs up from the client. The staffs are very helpful. If i visit lisbon again, i will consider having this hotel again.

Trop de bruit Je n’ai pas pu dormir la première nuit mais la deuxième était ok Par contre il y a de la moisissure tout autour de la climatisation Qinon hôtel juste en face de la sortie du metro ce qui est très pratique

Ett OK hotell men inte mer. Det bästa är läget, frukosten får knappt godkänt, men det är orättvist att jämföra med svensk hotell frukost
