Residentas Apostolos

Desde a comunicação com todas as orientações que precisávamos, até o apartamento em si, tudo excelente. O espaço do imóvel, o imobiliário, decoração, me chamou a atenção a roupa de cama e toalhas muito felpudas, tudo macio, limpo e cheiroso. Embora esteja em uma localização badalada e próxima a tudo, nosso apartamento era muito silencioso e agradável.

Our stay at Residentas Apostolos We really enjoyed our stay at Residentas Apostolos. The bed was absolutely fantastic and very comfortable. The location is perfect, everything is nearby, and it was easy for us to get around the city. Despite being in the center, it was very quiet and we didn’t experience any street noise. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the amenities prepared for us. Also, the kitchen has absolutely everything needed for everyday life, which made our stay even more comfortable. The kitchen was extremely helpful during our stay. There is a minimarket just 1 minute away, which was super convenient, and we bought fresh pastries every morning. It’s also very easy to get to the metro from the apartment. The room was clean and well-maintained. If we return to Lisbon, we will definitely book here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

By far one of the worst stays ever. This is not even a place to stay for a night. It’s basically a shop/store front that’s converted into a room. It’s in the ground floor of a busy neighborhood where there are bars and we had people yelling, breaking glass in front of the house in the night. There was a procession of over 50 people in jeans that was just outside this room. Half the room front is in glass. There was no water in the room for two days we stayed which means none of us could take a shower. Then there was an issue with the air conditioning which was not cooling. All this because this was never meant to be a room to stay. It is a simple store in the middle of a busy neighborhood which some guy trying to be smart converted to a room. The water does not work Because everything looks like it is temporarily made. They did offer us a different room 1 hour before checkin and to go to the room, we had to go on the street and get into it from a different side entrance. So we declined. Also there is no customer service. They are closed 9pm to 9am. And the emergency line is present to tell you that their repair guy is only available at 9am. So if you are needing to leave early like 8am like us, and there is no water, they can do nothing about it. This place is FRAUD to say the lease. Avoid it to save your holiday/ vacation. Lisbon is full of very proud, respectful and good people and the people who run this place are definitely not one of them.

The apartment was fantastic. It was well presented and is in a perfect location close to transport, shopping and entertainment. The staff we amazing and super responsive to enquries. Overall - it was a fantastic stay and will book again when I return to Lisbon

Awesome place to stay! Firstly, I received great communication from the property which I found very helpful. It’s very close to many tourist attractions. The apartment was very clean and decorated very nicely. The sheets smelled nicely. It had all the amenities that we needed. Definitely coming back!

We loved our stay and all the extra touches for our little ones made them feel so special. Fab stay, great location, so comfortable and communication with the hotel staff was easy and fast. We would love to come back!

How would I know and review when I could not even stay there. Absolutely awful experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Nobody answer the phone, nobody to help us out. Just took our payment and completely ignored.

Great place. Enjoyed our stay

The management team is very quick with communication on any needs. The property is centrally located; you can walk virtually anywhere or a quick Uber. The apartment is very nice with plenty of room for 4 people.

Apartment was beautiful!! This is the place to stay!! We especially enjoyed the courtyard!

The place is good but noisy at night due to the continual bar scene till the early hours of the morning every night. If you’re a late night bar frequenter this is a good place for you!

Great location and excellent amenities within the apartment. Very clear communication too.

This unit is in a party district and can be loud. There was also alot of drug use in the area. The unit is well kept and has everything you need.
