The location was excellent, with easy walking access to both the metro station and the city center. The room, bed, bathroom, and toilet were all very clean and hygienic, which made my stay comfortable despite the relatively small size of the facilities. The staff members were consistently friendly and welcoming, and having a 24/7 reception desk was very convenient. Guests can store their belongings in the under-bed lockers, although I would strongly recommend bringing your own padlock for better security. While I was highly satisfied with the overall cleanliness and organization, an additional private dressing area would improve comfort, especially for guests who value personal privacy. Overall, I had a very positive experience and appreciated the balance between affordability, cleanliness, and accessibility.

The location was spot on! The toilet and bathroom are 6 star. The hostel is not advertised enough. The staff are helpful and the bedding as well as the towel are sparkling. The hostel is located in the high street avenue of Lisbon. All transportation services are a nearby! Restaurants and shops are also around it. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The staff was very kind and knew English, Portuguese, and Spanish. There were a lot of spaces to just chill, work, and socialize which was great. The showers and bathroom/toilets were in completely separate rooms which was fine since both had sinks regardless. The doors on the bedrooms were insanely heavy hahah so they slammed HARD. Bring earplugs if you're not used to sharing a room or can't sleep with noise just because of this.

This place has a wonderful rooftop. We were in a suite. but every time the guys from the youth football team next door opened or closed the door it reflected into our room in a loud noise and since they are youth, it was all night long. Also the smells from the lower vents of the hostel were pushing all the nasty smells straight into our room via the shower.

The building, itself, and my room and location were nice. However the walls are thin. Young people wrestling, throwing furniture around yelling, singing all night. This place is made for 20 year kids.

The lockers underneath the beds need to be fixed especially since so many people have already mentioned it. The bathrooms have a bad odour even right after the cleaners are done cleaning. Overall, the service was good. I would recommend this hostel to other travellers.

I liked this hostel but a couple things were not ideal. In the women’s bathroom on my floor there was never soap to wash your hands. I also kind of wished there was an all female floor instead of just designated rooms. Overall this was a nice and clean hostel to stay in!

The rooms were terribly hot (at least my room was) the room was very clean but someone decided not to shower and the odor was putrid.. I did not sleep either night that I was there because of the heat!

Our room smells a sewer and noisy as the commom washroom right across our room. I asked the front desk the second night if they can move us but it says fully booked we stayed 5 nights and i have to put up with it unpleasant and sleepless night. The staff in the front desk need to have a good training for good hospitality. The only good thing is the location but bad service.
