Five-star hotel with true five-star service! The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and went out their way to make our stay enjoyable. Facilities are stunning (on newer side) and good amenities with tennis/paddle/pickelball courts, gym and heated pool. Only thing missing for a five-star hotel at that price range would be a sauna and/or steam room. Breakfast was included and very good. Would stay again.

The property and staff is OUTSTANDING! Gorgeous! Fabulous service and surroundings!!! ONLY ISSUE is you cannot leave the property to go to dinner or to the beach without paying 110 euros to get there and back. They should have a shuttle to Comporta but do not. No offense to the team it is a gorgeous hotel, pool, restaurant, etc!

Spatia was amazing - quiet, relaxing, the nicest pool I've seen and exceptional service, particularly from Kiran and Birendra. It is a beautifully kept property. Excellent food and attentive team. Easy to drive into Comporta. Can't recommend highly enough.

Large and quiet. It has adult and children pool, and good Food.
Need a car or ask for golf
Cart to reach rooms.
Internet is really not good. Small gym, although with very good quality equipment.

The downside to this property we the lack of lighting in the evening - dangerous as we were with my 83 year old father in law . This was a serious problem
And needed to use phone light - also very difficult re lack of signs in small writing and no lighting at night x
Car park bays ridiculously small with the poles - this was very annoying and dangerous with a bigger suv .
However , room was lovely and facilities very nice .
Some music would create a nicer atmosphere

The reception staff needs better training. The morning and evening staff don’t communicate, they contradict each other, and there is no accountability. It was almost comical how they had absolutely no answers or solutions to problems caused by their lack of communication.
