Lovely, quiet hotel. Nicely appointed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offering was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Nice clean hotel. Small rooms. Good location in a central area but due to that, it was very loud/ we could hear activity on the streets until pretty late at night.

Unfortunately we had a problem with the AC for the two nights we were there. It didn't work! We were told several times that they would get it reset and working but it didn't happen. We heard another gentleman talking to the staff who was having the same problem in his room. Hopefully it is getting resolved. The rooms, location, staff and breakfast were amazing - just wish the AC had been working better!

Great stay at FLH Tempo. Room size and facilities were great. Room very clean and cleaned daily. Very good buffet breakfast.

Very good location. Staff was great, very friendly and helpful, especially Anny. Breakfast was buffet and varied and good. Rooms are small, typical of Lisbon, but well maintained and clean. Would recommend.

Everything is great

The staff was wonderful at this hotel! So friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is included and it was delicious and plentiful. They make their own breads and pastries as well. From 3 o’clock on they have coffee, tea, cake, and cookies available in the common room which we also used to play cards in in the evening as a group. The rooms are small, but that was OK with us. They leave you a personalized handwritten welcome card with chocolates on the bed. Nice touch. It’s a very central location, but that also comes with noise from the street which is OK once the windows are closed, but it is directly next to the Santa Justa lift which we could see out our window.

Rooms were small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was nice. The food was good and the bread products were baked fresh daily.

We had a premier queen room for 3 nights. The main purpose of a hotel room is to rest and refresh. I am an ex-DJ and am partially deaf to noise, but on the first night, I barely slept from the traffic outside. The second night, there wasn’t much noise outside, but the walls are very thin, and we could hear the neighbor going to the bathroom and the trampling on the floor of the people above us. They do give you earplugs in the room as an amenity, which already mentally prepared us for what is about to come. Lol. I really don’t understand the “phenomenal breakfast” thing in the reviews. We signed up for 10 am (they give you three options), and there were never any scrambled eggs left-pretty much the only item I cared about. Luckily the pastel De natas saved the day. The reception is on the 5th floor; the elevator goes to the fourth floor. Have fun dragging suitcases up one floor through a spiral stairway. This is If you are lucky, the elevator is working to get you to the 4th floor; it wasn’t on the second day of our stay. My foot was injured, and it was a nightmare walking up and down the stairs (luckily, we were on the first floor). I am giving an extra star for the top-notch housekeeping and the perfect location. I think, overall, they are nice people, but they should invest in proper window and room insulation.

Great location, very clean, felt safe, breakfast was traditional but gave variety. Even offered gluten free buns for my mom is celiac. Also just down the road (walking distance) to a gluten free restaurant. It was a smaller hotel which gave a more welcoming vibe. Staff was very friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better cute, welcoming hotel.

Rooms are neat and clean and comfortable. Breakfast is amazing. Staff is amazing and extremely nice and professional.

Very clean and spacious room

Very comfortable and convenient stay. Yes, there is some street noise, but it typically got quiet enough by 10-11pm for a good sleep. Was not awaken at all during the night. Great cleanliness and the included breakfast is good, since nothing really opens in Lisbon until 10am (except for some brunch places). There is a small elevator from the ground floor to the 4th floor, and then a staircase going up to the attic reception / living room. Although it is a very minor inconvenience, it is a nice area for breakfast, an espresso, and quiet hang out space. The 20 or so rooms are on floors 1-4.
