This hotel is fine though lacks ambiance/character. Parking in the area is a bit hard to get to and expensive so using transit in Porto generally is advisable. Our room was clean and comfortable but lots of street noise on a Saturday night with the windows open. Tiny elevator and cleaning carts stored in the halls-kind if felt like you were staying in a garage. This changed when you got to your room though-it was quite nice. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Everyone at the hotel was so nice and helpful. Especially Hillary was outstanding. She was so kind and always there when we needed some help. The location is excellent and close to the market, restaurants, and stations. Although it’s right in the busy part of Porto, their sound proof is great and it was very quiet inside. Very simple room and no fridge. The staff kindly put our wine in the kitchen fridge for us though.

Great location in the center of Porto! Staff were very friendly and the place was clean and modern. Only downside was the terrace which did not have the nicest view and the chairs and table were falling apart so it was not very usable.

It was close to the city centre and walking distance to the tourist sites and train station. The room was only okay. There were scratches on the wall. Also, the breakfast was very basic.
