Room was clean and comfortable. They have a small elevator for guest use if you don’t want to walk up the stairs. My only complaint was when I booked it I mistakenly booked it for the the day after we were leaving. I tried to get a refund for what I paid for that extra night but was told when I signed up I had until May 17th to cancel. Our stay there was for June 16 to 18. I booked the room in March. I never realized I had booked it for leaving on the 19th until a few days before we arrived. I was very disappointed that they wouldn’t even give me even a partial refund. I’m sure they rented out the room to someone else which means they got twice the money for that room.

Great location. The unit we rented had two bathrooms which was excellent for our family of 6. The unit was clean and very spacious. There were laundry facilities. We ended our vacation there after our cruise. The cruise port was walking distance to the hotel. There is a working elevator and laundry facilities. From May 26-June 16 there are food and beverage stalls in the square in front of the hotel giving you an opportunity to sample the flavours of Lisbon. We had formidable pastries for breakfast at the bakery downstairs.

The laundry facility was convenient. Note that the drying feature is not exactly drying. Would need to use the rack provided in the apartment to hand clothes overnight to dry. Kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was clean. Staff was very helpful.

Very convenient location, Josh(can’t remember how to spell in Portuguese) was excellent in explaining everything.
Units cleaned and towels replaced daily.
Didn’t use kitchen but is there to use. Very spacious bathroom.
Area is flooded with tourists and bus stand, metro, taxi - all right there but it may sound noisy because of this.

Perfect apartment in the perfect location. Family of 5 (3 teens) and plenty of room. Although we had our own apartment, there is a reception area and functions like a hotel. Right on Praca de Figueira and a short walk to Av da Liberdade. Felt very safe. Shop owners downstairs all friendly & welcoming. Having no knowledge of Lisbon, we took a chance based on an online review and it could not have been better. Highly recommend!

Everything about this was great except laundry machines take about 4 hours. Weird but true. Location is amazing, staff are fabulous, room 22 is huge (great for group) and so clean and airy. Loved it!!
