Stay was nice close to every thing the only thing pool area needs to be more attended to

I loved how convenient all of the resturants, shopping beach options were. The locals are very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the ac in our room would shut off and after notifying the front desk the first time I was given a fan until it could be checked the next day. However after reaching out 2 more times I was told by Valeria at the front desk that someone came and checked the ac and that it is activated by movement which made no sense. Then overhead a conversation on the elevator by another guest stating that they were also having the same issue with the ac in there room. Overall my stay was pretty good just make sure the air conditioning is properly working. Other than that staff was friendly and hotel was beautiful and very clean.

All of the staff were friendly. Its clean, comfortable, good value, close to beach. The restaurant qas good but room service was a disaster. They need to work on their qr code system. It kept automatically putting me on the beach and charging extra- which I am still waiting for my reimbursement. The no smoking policy that is NOT enforced at all. I had a balcony and my firat & last 2 days I could not enjoy the balcony due to smokers. I reported it, the manager said he would talk to them but he continued to smoke like a chimney. He left day 2 but then another neighbor arrived my last 2 days and was smoking frequently on his balcony. The only reason I would not atay here again would be the smoking issue. I paid extra for a balcony and a non smoking hotel- very annoying.

Excellent staff

The staff (Bryan) went over and beyond to make our first visit to PR and celebrating our 20th anniversary. He found us a room where it would have less foot traffic since we our plans were to relax and sleep in. He also assisted in an anniversary surprise for my wife while we were at the beach. We loved PR and will be back; and I will be at staying at this hotel each time. I got a gift for Bryan since he’s never been to Texas.

Clean and spacious room. They greet you with very delicious cookies. Shout out to Diana in the front desk for being so accommodating. There is a supermarket accross and some places to eat/shop. Easy uber ride to san juan main attractions. Breakfast buffet was ok and pricey, but everyone in the restaurant was extremely nice.

Entire staff was attentive and hospitable from the team at the cafe to housekeeping. All requests were fulfilled promptly from extra towels to water for the room. The guys outside who provided rides to and from the beach were friendly, started conversations and informed us of amenities in the immediate area without us having to ask. Highly recommend

Overall, I liked this property. However, the pool needed to be cleaned. I stayed for a week and not one time was the pool cleaned. At least during the times I went to the pool

It was a good experience, its a decent hotel but tiny room and uncomfortable bed
