Nice place, extremely loud all night.

Overall a great stay , in the mist of everything. The property is beautiful and kept very clean. The staffs assisted and were very friendly. My husband and I have no complaints, we will be revisiting soon again.

The location was perfect!

The hotel’s location is superb: in the middle of old San Juan. You are close to everything. It’s very basic accommodation but clean and with a very good air conditioner. The only problem is the noise from the street. You hear absolutely everything and it doesn’t stop till 3:00am. So, next time I would not request a room with a balcony ( it’s decorative and useless, you can’t sit there). Plus, they have a nice patio on the top floor

We spent 2 nights in Navona studios. Very happy with the overall experience. Room was great, clean, comfy. Would definitely stay there again.

Do not recommend! They gave us the wrong code to the lockbox leaving us standing on the street at 10pm while they didn’t respond to any calls or messages. Hotels.com had to get us a hotel at the last minute in a different area. 5 stars for hotels.com. Zero for navano studios, would not recommend

The property was very clean and smelled good. The decor/welcoming was pretty and inviting. House keeping did a good job too. It was nice to come back to clean towels and so forth The shower water pressure was low and the hot water in the sink didn’t work. There was food left in the fridge

Easy to access

Cons:You can hear the ppl in the next rooms. Water does not get hot only luke warm. You have to leave by 10am. No reply to your messages.No elevator the 3 floor with luggage was terrible Pros: Next to cruise port. Owners are friendly.

There’s not much to this hotel. The room is basically just for sleeping and showing. It’s super small and the keep in mind that you may have to walk up three flights depending on what room you receive with your luggage which is not easy to do. No parking in the area received a ticket my first night there. The service was good as the owner helped us when we arrived to check in. It’s located in a central location in Old San Juan which is a plus. Overall it was an okay stay.

The hotel is in a central location not too far from parking lots. For certain people, the stairs may be difficult (no elevator!). The hotel is nice and the rooms are small but well kept. We were only there one night and really didn't have any issues. We would stay here again.

No iron is just unacceptable. The room I got on this day was not as well maintained like the previous. Looks a bit dated.

Right in the heart of Old San Juan. It was great for a couple night stay and I would stay there again. The building is old like everything in Old San Juan so don't expect great water pressure or a large bathroom, or an elevator but it was very comfortable and very clean. We stayed in one of the rooms overlooking the street on the 3rd floor which was cool for us because we didn't mind the stairs. The rooftop patio was a bonus and we hung out there for a bit one night. The noise from the trash trucks at night was comical because it seemed like they must've come by a dozen times. How many times do you need to empty the same dumpster in one night? Great coffee shop across the street and its a huge bonus to be able to walk everywhere without the hassle of parking and driving around.
