The restaurants and amenities and the close by food are good but the room service may take up to 45 mins to provide a simple order. The room is very small, the furniture is old, the whole room needs renovation, the mattress is the worst mattress I've ever seen in a hotel, it is not a hotel mattress. They are busy and that make them sometime slow in responding like I had to wait for 30 mins to get help getting my luggage down. The reception are friendly, no complaint. The hotel maybe good for a short stay but for a long stay it is better to look for something else. Internet is one of the worst Generally speaking everything outside the room is good, once you are in the room everything looks unpleasant.

I have been staying ezdan for the last three months. First week I checked in, house keeping used to come everyday for cleaning. Three weeks later they stopped coming at all. You have to complain now and talk to front desk and supervisor to come clean the room and change the towels. Complaint so many times and no actions.

The hotel is large spread over five 34 storey blocks, split into hotel and longer term residencies. Residencies are a good cheap option for longer term stays with large well equipped gym, car parking, decent free WiFi and on site supermarkets and restuarants. Rooms are a bit basic andvfixtures and fittings are a bit old and worn.
