All staffs are very friendly!!

Very friendly staff at this location. Easy check in. The room was very clean and comfortable. A lot of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommended this place to any visiting foreigners.

It’s in a nice location. They need to be honest with half board as it’s a fixed menu only and the same all week. Breakfast is very busy and times staff forget about you and have to remind them you’re still waiting for a coffee. The hotel is clean and nice otherwise.

Unfortunately there is No bathroom amenities, dirty room, non-professional staff, too old facilities and No mini bar despite that I have to call front desk every hour to request any thing. Front desk staff call Sabrina very rude in conversation and non-supportive at all, this last time to book hotels through Expedia since they are non supportive to customers while am complain from hotel and they ignore my complaints message and they trust the hotel manager Kind regards

I really liked this hotel. Very calm quiet and relaxing. My bed was always made in the mornings and things were very clean. Would definitely stay here again

Fantastic hotel, service was amazing, they upgraded our room and allowed late check out to suit our flights home. Amazing views from great apartment. Best hotel of our entire trip.

Liked: - The hotel’s location on Pearl Island with great links to all areas of Doha. - Warm welcome from the taxi to the lobby by the friendly front of house team. - Comfortable beds and adequate space in the upgraded room. - Complimentary bottles of water provided daily. - Accommodating cleaning team. - Traditional breakfast with plenty of choice, though limited for vegetarians. - Nice temperature, plenty of space, and cleanliness of the pool. - Regular towel replacement at the pool. - Proximity to the beach, though not frequently used. Unique: - The annual chemical cleanse that temporarily evicted guests from their rooms. - The ‘surprise meal’ for vegetarians, which was a mix of rice, vegetables, and a pudding side. - The potential for a ‘movie screen in the pool’ vibe, which was not realised due to the loop of colourful graphics. Disliked: - Hesitation in providing the booked room, which was unsuitable for a family of four. - Cold room with condensation issues, leading to a need to change rooms. - Lack of basic kitchenware in the rooms. - Limited vegetarian breakfast options and long wait times. - Non-operational pool bar and uninspiring big screen graphics. - Inconvenient and uncomfortable location of the beach. - Inconsistencies in the cleaning team’s service. - Up-selling of room upgrades and excursions by the front of house team.

The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Gewan Island and the shimmering Crystal Walkway, making it perfect for evening strolls or daytime exploring. The buffet breakfast was a daily delight, offering an impressive spread: fresh pastries, Middle Eastern specialties, made-to-order eggs, tropical fruits, and even gluten-free options. It was the kind of breakfast that made you linger a little longer. Our room on the 24th floor offered breathtaking views of the marina and city skyline—sunrises were spectacular, and the floor-to-ceiling windows made it feel like we were floating above Doha. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, adding a personal touch to every interaction. Families will especially appreciate the huge swimming pool, which was a hit with the kids, and the private beach—a serene escape with soft sand and calm waters. Whether you’re in Doha for a short stay or a longer escape, Hilton Doha The Pearl combines comfort, convenience, and a touch of coastal charm that’s hard to beat.

The hotel had amazing facilities with beautiful rooms that were exceptionally clean. The staff in the hotel were brilliant with great customer service skills from Faisal and saqib from our first day to the last. I would recommend this hotel to all family and friends!

The room was amazing with a balcony that offered breathtaking views. We also had a kitchenette which came in handy. The pool area Was awesome. The only let down was the food, especially dinner. Even though there were plenty of options, the food was not of good standard. Service and staff were friendly for the most part. Overall a great stay.

Had a great stay with the kids. Staff go above and beyond with service. Amenities at hotel are excellent, especially the pool. All facilities were clean and managed very well. Restaurant staff are always attentive, even during busier times like breakfast. Special mention to Ishtiak who always looked after us during breakfast and lunch. Overall, great place to stay with lots of popular areas nearby. 10/10 for family’s

From the picture it’s look like better but in the real not good , the swimming pool very bad , kids swimming with there clothes, adults with there shirts, water hot , kids with adult same place , waiting time for get a table for my family 5 person around 25 minutes waiting and the gave us table after 5 minutes the buffet closed and many items disappeared.
