Clean room, friendly staff

Exceptional staff. Clean and quiet room with excellent views. Convenient for The Pearl restaurants and shopping. Pool temperature too cold and limited sun loungers. Nice beach area across the road. Breakfast far too crowded with long waits at peak times. Nice bar areas - well stocked.

The staff make this hotel as they are friendly, efficient and very courteous. Everyone from the front desk, valet, porters, housekeeping and pool staff stood out. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The bars are well stocked and have a nice atmosphere. The room was serviced to a high standard, the beds are comfortable and we were lucky to have a fantastic view from two balconies. If you are happy to get to the pool before 9am there is a good supply of sun loungers. Whilst the website suggests a temperature controlled pool, throughout our stay, the water temperature was too cold to use. The beach area is a bonus for a city location. The sun does disappear behind the buildings around midday however. Sadly, breakfast was quite stressful and on one day we just couldn’t wait what could have been an hour. The facility is far too small for the number of guests, leading to long queues and a hectic experience first thing each day. The food selection is good but on more than one occasion I was told to ‘wait’ for a hot drink after asking where the order was after 30 mins. Our room also had a strong smell of fried food at all times suggesting a duct work issue. We spent very little time in the room so it did not spoil our stay. Overall a very pleasant stay, the main area to be improved is the breakfast experience.

Absolutely love stay! They gave us a fantastic room with a beautiful view and a cute little stocking for Christmas. The staff were so friendly and attentive too. Would definitely come back to this hotel again. Great location too. Just a short walk to Gewan Island.

Location very close to G1

This place was nice with a view of the Pearl and a balcony. Breakfast was good and the pool was nice but it would be great if they stayed open later. Our apartment was spacious and clean.

Overall brilliant stay! We stayed for 6 nights - staff are ABSOLUTELY amazing, super friendly and always there to help. Breakfast was great! Wide variety of foods. Room was spacious and it was handy having a kitchen and washing machine. Great size balcony and we even got an early check in! Great location, just a 5 min walk to Gewan Island and 10 mins walk Qaunt Quatier. Everything else is accessible by taxis (very affordable) Really recommend staying here if your looking to stay at the Pearl.

Family friendly and great location

Amazing hotel, perfect location, very friendly and accommodating staff.

I had the most amazing time during my stay at the Hilton. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly special. Everyone greeted me with a smile, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The pool area was spotless every day, and a special shout-out goes to Kusein, who ensured everything around the pool was perfect—fresh towels, a stocked water cooler, and constant attention to guests’ comfort. The restaurant and kitchen team were outstanding. They remembered my preferences, anticipated my needs, and provided exceptional service throughout. Huge thanks to Abdur Rahman, Ivy, and May for making every meal feel personal and enjoyable. At reception, Meryem, Ikhlas, and Ramzi were equally wonderful, helpful, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond. Their warmth and professionalism made my stay even more memorable. Every member of the team contributed to an unforgettable holiday. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and can’t wait to return.

Staff are really nice.

We couldn’t fault our stay! The hotel was fantastic from start to finish. Breakfast was brilliant — lots of choice with fresh fruit, good coffee, and eggs cooked to order. Everything was always fresh and beautifully presented. The staff were a real highlight — always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. The reception team were great, and the bell boys went out of their way with taxis and local tips. Special mentions to all of the bell boys, Lakshan at the pool and Edward & Meme in The Kitchen. The pool area was spotless and well maintained, with attentive lifeguards. We had lunch at the pool bar one day — the food was delicious and great value for money. Dinner at The Kitchen was another highlight. The buffet offered plenty of choice — fresh salads, local dishes, and tempting desserts — and the set menu we tried twice was just as impressive. Our room was spotless every day, and even on a high floor we never had to wait long thanks to the super-fast lifts. Special mentions to Lakshan, who greeted us so warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. Every member of staff made our stay feel special. Overall, the food, facilities, and service all exceeded our expectations. The location is also great, we loved our visit to Doha! We’d definitely recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back!

Everything excellent

We had the best room, we had a great view and 2 bedrooms with living room and kitchen. We had an amazing experience and the staff and amenities was fantastic. Loved the food; we had half board and was able to get room service when we couldn't go down to eat. Staff so friendly and the hotel was very clean.

Too much over priced for what we got; washroom not so clean; towels smells bad; balconies are dirty and housekeeping don’t go out there to clean; breakfast restaurant is so packed and service is really bad and late; horrible It service took more than 2 hours to connect a baby cam to the wifi
