Best hotel with best price

This hotel and staff service is very good. I was surprised their free shuttle service to the airport was only for Quatar Airways passengers, the rest need to pay 70 QR, which was 2.5 times what an Uber ride costed. May be that info should be included upfront for customer awareness.

Good comfortable stay closer to airport for the price but not the best area…

Very clean hotel .big room comfortably and well equipped. Nuce staff all of them from reception to cleaning boy.but the hotel location is far from city downtown. But near to airport.

Excellent clean, fresh, spacious, all around 5-stars…!!!

We only stayed for few hours due to a long layover between flights but for our family of four, their family room was perfect because it had 3 beds. 2 twin and 1 double bed.

This hotel is top notch. Very clean, very quiet, reasonably priced. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner was the best of the best at a very reasonable price average US$15 each. I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were so pleasant and friendly.

Comfortable older hotel with modern amenities. Only negative is TV controls difficult to operate

Room was nice and well proportioned with a really nice bed, but the noise from the adjacent rooms / corridor was really loud. Don't know if this an issue with sound proofing or just some very noisy guests.

Only part I didn’t like is that we arrived a little early like 2 hours so they made us pay almost half of my room rent to let us check in early

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was truly exceptional, with staff who went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and welcome. They were always friendly and attentive, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious—each meal was a delight with great variety and flavor. VERY good value for the money! Not perfect, but incredible value for what it was. The bed was comfortable, Staff was great, location and proximity to the metro was great!! I would highly recommend the metro from Hamad International...The airport has a station, and it's super cheap, station about 3/4 mile from the hotel (walkable) and perfect for seeing the sights (it's an entire day pass). Thanks for a great stay!

Check in staff were friendly and welcoming. Got to the room and was overwhelmed by the stink of perfume. I’m not sure if it’s a carpet ‘deodorizer’ the cleaners use or what but it was revolting. The room had no way to open a window and let fresh air in and so we just had to breathe through our mouths until the time we left. On the ceiling of our room was a random purple sticker. Not sure how it got there or why. The sink in the bathroom was slow to drain and the toilet continued to leak after every flush unless you took the time to rattle the flush buttons or remove the flush button faceplate, jiggle things again, and replace the faceplate. We were in the room for fewer than 8 hours, start to finish, as we had a long layover mid-journey to Europe. Overall, we were grateful to have showers and get some sleep, but the hotel experience wasn’t something I’d be in a hurry to do again.
