We loved the character of this hotel and its supreme location! Next to the park and the Charles Bridge with a fun French market right out the front door! Its location made everything easily walkable. The breakfast was fresh and we appreciated the snack/coffee in the afternoon. It was a clean and well kept property.

This hotel is in an EXCELLENT location! You are right next to the Charles Bridge, so easy access to the town. You’re also on the side of the ricer that has Prague Castle and other beautiful sites, so location is a huge WIN! Our room was 18, and I was VERY pleased with its size (HUGE by European standards), the number of windows to let in natural light, and the size of the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and clean, and the AC ran perfectly. The small refrigerator was also a plus. I was a bit taken aback by check-in. We came in early (around 11 AM) and were told our room wasn’t ready … 100% understandable. So, we stored our luggage and trekked into town. We arrived back at 1:50, and although our room wasn’t ready, the receptionist made us wait until 13:00 on the dot to check in. I can understand not letting us into the room is we’re hours early, but to literally make us wait 5 minutes? That is a bit extreme. Breakfast was free, but it was a disappointment. As such, we went into town every morning to eat. Housekeeping also didn’t leave us fresh towels, even though we had placed our dirty towels stacked neatly on the tub. However, this could simply have been a misunderstanding, as our towels were on the edge of the tub as opposed to in it. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in a perfect location. Our room had an amazing view of the River. The room had so many simple but excellent touches- like the electric kettle and assortment of teas. Breakfast was yummy. Staff were so helpful! One of the boat hotel stays we have ever had.

Extremely clean hotel, very helpful staff, delicious breakfast and homemade borscht for afternoon pick me up👍. Air conditioner works but we didn’t need it. We opted to open window as the weather was cooler than usual for those days we stayed.

Room was a good size, clean with a good bathroom. Hotel location was quiet, but well located for central Prague. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would stay their again.

The breakfast is great and they even provide light lunch which is very considerate for people not wanting to go out for a heavy lunch.

Clean and great location

Air conditioning left a little to be desired, but it did work in the middle of the heat wave happening during our stay, you know… silver linings.

Really happy we stayed here! The room was spacious, staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was absolutely perfect. We were also SUPER happy to have the AC during this summer heat wave - and it was a very good AC unit! Definitely would recommend this location and would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful property in the most wonderful location. We stayed in room 25 which had a beautiful view of the river. Two small issues one was the Aircon leaked and on the first night it was really bad. We reported it and had to change the settings and it settled down. Second is the hairdryer only worked in around 60 seconds bouts and then needed to cool before it could be used again which was inconvenient. The staff were lovely and breakfast was a good selection. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone
