We had a bad experience checking in. One day prior to arrival I noticed that the booking was for one rather than two people. This was for a four (4) night stay, not just overnight.
On arrival, were were told we needed to pay an additional 300 euro, almost the same amount as the entire stay of 4 nights. The clerk then contacted the supervisor. The amount was changed to an additional 208 euro. Our travel mood was spoiled, we felt we were being overcharged.

Grundsätzlich gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage von Marienbad. Essen am Abend war ok. Die angemeldete glutenfreie Ernährung wurde nur bedingt umgesetzt-trotz Ausweisung auf der Homepage. Zimmer waren ok. Sauber und geräumig. Einige kleine Defekte (Duschkopf, Lampen) waren vorhanden.Wellnessbereich war sehr gut. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

This is nice hotel for the family.Nice swimming pool open from 10 to 20,and 9 to 21..Breakfast is good,I love the Appel strudel.Good sleep quality Only the hotel lost thermal water.So not possible to drink water in the reception or have mineral bath treatment.And I still missed to make my coffee or tea in the room when I wake up.

Dieses ist ein Spa hotel und man merkt nichts mehr davon.
Hallenbad nicht nutzbar es tummeln sich bis zu 12 Kinder und es ist sehr laut. Man kann nicht schwimmen und entspannen. Essen absolut minderwertigst, Restverwertung. Wir haben dann reklamiert wegen Lautstärke man hat uns mitgeteilt, dass wir doch andere Zeiten suchen sollen um ins Bad zu gehen. Dies war eine Unverschämtheit, da müsste man sich vor das Bad stellen und aufpassen wann es einmal etwas ruhiger ist.
Die Lautstärke am Zimmer war extrem laut, da hat man uns gesagt wir sollen doch dann evt. in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen. Wir waren bereits früher sehr oft in diesem Hotel wo es noch gut war und wir waren gerne da, aber jetzt zum letzten Mal, absolut nicht zu empfehlen ausser sie haben Kinder, für die sie nichts zahlen müssen und es ihnen egal ist wie die Essensqualität ist, hauptsache die Menge stimmt und das umsonst.
Und die Garage ist so eng und man zahlt dafür 13.00 Euro pro Tag.

Hotel und Spa Bereich war super. Auswahl zum Frühstück gut. Die Tiefgarage ist etwas eng und man muss mit dem Auto in einen fürchterlich beengten Aufzug fahren. Das fand ich beklemmend und hatte auch ein kleinwenig Angst. Ansonsten fand ich das Hotel top.

Wir sind schon langjährige Besucher des Hotels. Immer wieder schön und empfehlenswert. Sehr freundliches Personal. Parkplatz in der TG vorhanden. Uns hat sehr gefreut, dass die Schwimmhalle wieder offen hat. Perfekt vom Hotelzimmer ins Bad zu fahren. Leider existiert nach Corona nicht mehr der "Bar-Teil" aus dem Bad zur Hotelbar. Das ist sehr schade. Das Frühstück war vor Coronazeiten etwas frischer und besser. Kann aber Zufall gewesen sein.

Insgesamt ein gutes, sauberes Hotel.
Es wurde um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten. Dieses wurde auch schriftlich bestätigt.
Leider haben wir ein Eckzimmer bekommen wo die Haupstrasse und eine Nebenstraße lagen.
Von Ruhe in der Nacht keine Spur.
