Great for my quick visit. It’s must to go up to rooftop and enjoy the view. The front desk was not so warming, neither the breakfast ladies, but besides that, it was very quiet and surprisingly gym is apart. It was said it’s small and it’s not included on my stay price. So weird. Again, I will give a 4, on the side of those inconvenience.

I had a very pleasant stay at Fairhotel; the staff are amazingly helpful and friendly, and the hotel itself is new and in great condition. Trams are a short walk away so no worries getting to and from the city. I have difficult dietary requirements but the staff were very accommodating and I always had a great breakfast.

A very nice very clean hotel with comfortable bed. A pretty area that felt safe and walkable. It’s not very near much unless you want to walk a good mile plus. Breakfast was quite nice. While not an upscale hotel it was a nice hotel and I would not hesitate to book this property again.

Modern, clean, and well-run hotel. Walking in, my first thought was that it was the nicest room that I had stayed in within Europe (outside of a resort). The staff was exceptionally friendly. It helped that they spoke English, because my Czech was rudimentary. I didn't realize that I had to book a parking spot ahead of time, but the woman at the desk offered to walk outside to save a spot on the street until I could move my car. The neighborhood is not beautiful, nor was the hotel easy to find. However, it was a short walk to the more majestic parts of the town center. Very good experience.

Hotel was very nice. The whole staff were friendly and very helpful. Restaurant was excellent. Area is not right down town but close. Lot of construction in the area. Transportation is about 2 - 3 blocks away.

We had exceptional service at this hotel. From a fantastic front desk staff to very attentive restaurant personnel. Very helpful- like they were glad we stayed with them. Our favorite place to stay on our trip because of the staff.

If you're coming from the US and are used to Marriott and higher standards, you won't be disappointed. The staff all speak English, the restaurant has amazing food, rooms are spacious, clean, and the pillows are wonderful. If you're visiting the Czech Republic and staying at different hotels you'll appreciate this even more.
