Good place to stay close to transport to the city centre. It was conventient to operate

Shower pressure was poor and temperature kept changing. Tv was broken, dead flies swatted on the wall, no scissors, little amount of cutlery, poor bathroom shelf, bed kept being split from middle.

Had a really comfortable stay. Didnt interact with staff all that much as we didnt need to. Comfy rooms. Kitchen facilities if we needed them. I would recommended. Near enough to transport link and shopping areas .

Figaro suites was a clean and relatively quiet location. I’m coming from out of the country I couldn’t get the mobile key to download but there was a reception area where I could go and get a physical key. It worked like a charm and had a great stay!

I was disappointed with my stay at this property for several reasons. First, the mattress in the room had uneven heights, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, I had an unpleasant encounter with a receptionist on December 31st. After checking out, we left our luggage at the hotel and returned later to pick it up. When we politely asked if we could use the restroom, the receptionist responded very rudely, saying that there was no toilet available. It’s hard to believe that a hotel hosting guests doesn’t have a toilet for visitors to use. There was no public restroom nearby, so we had to wait for about an hour to find a place to go. It was extremely frustrating, especially since we had been guests at the hotel for a week. Furthermore, the attitude of the receptionist was unprofessional and rude when we left our luggage (just one suitcase and one backpack) for a few hours. It felt like we were being treated as if we were asking for something unreasonable. Overall, I was really disappointed with the level of service at this property.

Property was very clean and tidy. Receptionist was very helpful. Amazing location. Easy access to trains/trams/buses.

Was a bit skeptical about this property due to previous reviews. However, the price and location was what I went for and I’m so glad I did! The apartment was exactly what we needed, basic but had everything we wanted. The only thing I would say it’s lacking is a full length mirror and maybe a lamp so you don’t have to use the bright lights in the evening. The apartment appeared clean in general, however the bottom of our socks were dirty from walking on the floor so the floor cleanliness was the only thing stopping me rating this a 5 star. The apartment location is perfect. It is on a busy main road and previous reviews mentioned it was noisy and they couldn’t sleep at night. We had no issues here, if you’re a light sleeper then maybe there would be a problem but we slept well. Great for a short trip to Prague if you have basic needs and don’t want to spend a lot!

Good size room

I am very happy with my stay, the only minus was, that i heard every guest who returned back to their room at night, which woke me up at night,but i was at ground floor so thats why. Overall i did like this accommodation very much!

Location is not ideal. Very noisy. The room was cold mostly. The Room had very cold ambiance, not cozy at all.

The Management is extremely hard to contact as they simply don’t answer any numbers they have given, nor do they answer through your facilities. A face to face request to clean the room (for €10) was positively accepted but when I returned a few hours later, nothing had been done. Everything is new, many things missing, eg a wardrobe and reading light in bed. The only light provided is a 1000 W facility in the roof that requires sun shades. I also find it a bit too expensive.
