breakfast was good. in the room, the bed was 2 singles pushed together, so their was a gap I noticed when I moved around. the bathtub/shower needs a high handle to hold onto to be safer

The hotel was not up to what it promises in the website. They chested us on tariff . Front desk staff was very rude and brushed us off. We were left with no option as they had already deducted the money. Please be aware what you are going for. I would suggest avoid going and getting trapped.

Got cheated with billing, I booked with a different tariff and got charged more. Very rude lady at the front seat. Pathetic wifi does not work. You could hear the trains through the night makes it hard to sleep. Please do not go here

Definitely I would come back.

I liked that the property was just outside of the heavy touristy zone but just a 10-15 min walk to Wenceslas square. There were many restaurants and cafes close by as well as a subway station I.P Pavlova, and tram stop The area was relatively quiet and safe. I was on the 1st floor, very fortunately, but each floor just had a few rooms and the guests were quiet. When I went to breakfast in the morning I was surprised how many people were actually in that hotel. However the doors or walls were relatively thin. The staff were professional and there 24 hrs-- loved that. The room was efficient as well as bathroom-not too small. We were two that travelled. There was no iron but that seems to be commonly the case in Eastern Europe. I believe one was available upon request. Our room had no refrigerator or microwave either, but it wasn't a bother. We had AC unit in the room that we controlled, and we could open the windows if we wanted, yeah! The beds were comfortable and pillows were large and firm enough, not too much. I would def go back and stay there again for its convenient and safe location, and basic comfort of the rooms, and hall area, and the surrounding beautiful buildings. Also for the included breakfast. The breakfast was okay, not great, but def good enough. There were two types of eggs, if you didn't want the runny ones, fresh fruits daily, proscuitto, and other meats, cheeses, bread, pastries incl croissants, cereals, salads and beverages. It can satisfy all.

There was some noise from outside of the building; a rumbling underground - the metro? It stopped during the night, then started again in morning. We were on / near ground floor. Perhaps not heard in higher levels. Could hear people arriving back late at night; as a very heavy hotel front door, and talking in their room. Amazing breakfast.

We landed late in Prague and needed somewhere to stop overnight before continuing our journey the next day, ideally a family room for 4 at a reasonable price and close to the train station would be ideal for us. Hotel Ambiance ticked all the boxes. The hotel arranged an airport transfer for us, so getting there from the airport was stress free, on arrival check in was open and straight forward. The room was basic but had everything we could want for a nights stay. In the morning we discovered the 2 most important things about a hotel… 1) The shower was amazing! Someone had clearly replaced it with a jet wash, high water pressure with lots of hot water to invigorate for the day ahead. 2) breakfast was phenomenal, decent selection of different foods in abundance, spread around the room so no crowding around a central point. It was clearly busy but didn’t feel like it, very well managed and decent strong coffee available on tap. Great hotel, worth a visit. Will remember for the future.

Not a bad stay for the price. The hotel is in a good, well-connected area, the 24-hour front desk is helpful, and the breakfast is decent. However, the hotel lacks facilities and the Wi-Fi was awful.

Good overall hotel would stay again comfortable and clean staff were nice and very helpful breakfast was good little market across the street small walk to transport but generally good little place

Hotel was basic but all you needed for sightseeing. Rooms were quite small and it would have been good to have coffee making facilities. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

Please provide metro line number and station name for travelers to travel from airport to hotel.
