We really enjoyed our stay . The hotel was very nice and quiet and well located for transport links. We always walked into town via the river which was a lovely, scenic walk. The breakfast was very good and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend and return.

Check-in lady was very nice, otherwise it was a bit dissappointing. The worst was the smell from the brevery just across the street and breakfast was nothing extra. Rooms were OK, location good, close to the metro station. Was not bad, but we will not stay again.

Good location hotel! 30 minute walk from Old Town down the beautiful river. Public transport nearby. Basic buffet style breakfast, but everything you could want was provided! Basic rooms with all the facilities you could need. The staff were the highlight, so helpful and friendly :-) the young gentleman who was there when we checked in was particularly delightful. Thank you!

Helpful staff at this hotel always willing to help and advise. I was in room 26 in the annex which was not directly accessible by lift so had to carry my case up a flight of stairs. There is a lift to the 1st floor however, from the main building, and you then need to cross the walkway to get to the annex. The good thing is that there are only three floors in the annex. The room was large and spacious, as was the bathroom. The walls are quite thin as I could hear next door's shower and bath running, so a peaceful night's sleep was not had. Bedding was a bit strange too - with the duvet in the cupboard and a narrow bedspread across the centre of the bed - so I basically had to make my bed! There was no shower screen/curtain will led to a very wet floor. The rooms in the annex have an outdoor area for each room, for room 26 this was quite a large decked space, and a nice surprise, in which to relax. It is out of the way from the centre, a 31 mins walk, but is definitely walkable. I'm m not quite sure how this is a 4-star hotel though as there is no restaurant and no room service after breakfast. There are a few restaurants nearby, but these tended to be Asian restaurants or traditional Czech pubs. Lavande is a nice restaurant and a 10-mins walk away.

Nice hotel, very near to the bus station from the Airport and to the tram. On abt a few stops to the center. The area around of the hotel is quiet, we slept well. The hotel is clean, the check-in was fast, took only a minute. The staff is polite. Breakfast is very good as well.

It’s definitely not a 4star hôtel as they claim because first they don’t have a bell boy or anyone to help with the luggage and especially , in the case of this hotel , they gave me a room in the second where I go to the first floor by lift then to the second floor by staircase and no one to help with the luggage or show me where the room is , it’s like a maze, I had to go down to the the reception and ask the lady there to show me the room so she had to leave the reception to do that because she was the only person in the hotel, knowing that I arrived in the evening on a Friday. Moreover, there is no Restaurant in the hotel or room service at least. The lobby is so small and not comfortable at all. Room is big and clean while the breakfast was average

The hotel quality is certainly above our expectations. We booked 3 rooms for 6 people. Service was good except for checking-in. There are 2 buildings and the receptionist at check-in should show us the way to our rooms as the layout can be confusing. However, the rooms are well appointed, clean, with towel warmers, toiletries, kettle, large desks, nice towels, bedding, nice bathrooms and a nice view of the well-maintained courtyard with flowers. Rooms are quiet. Breakfast is excellent, with pancakes, liver pate, fruits, all kinds of cheeses, juices, cold cuts, breads. We cannot ask for more. Hotel is located very close to Andel Metro and it is very accessible. We even took many trams for sightseeing on our own. Visit the Husa restaurant (try their pork knuckle cooked with beer) right next to the brewery across the street and use the trams stops (#5, 12, 20) right outside the restaurant. You can then transfer to the 'scenic trams' #22, 17 and 9. The hotel is also steps away from KFC and McDonald's. We go there for ice creams and milk shakes as Prague was under an unusual heat wave during our visit. The hotel staff was kind enough to pack our breakfast as we had to leave before 7 am to catch our flight.

Good location next to metro and trams. Breakfast was adequate. Room size and bathroom were quite big.WiFi was poor. Could have been a great stay but for two issues. One the curtain size was small and a lot light came into the room which disturbed our sleep. Two the double bed was two single beds joined together.The staff at the reception were quite friendly.
