Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, unbelievable Old Town architecture of the building itself. Could not recommend highly enough, but given the location can be noisy at night.

The hotel was excellent overall. Breakfast was great, room was clean and felt fresh and modern and the location was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely go back!!

The rooms are huge. Despite being on a busy street, we couldn't hear any of the things/noises happening and we were on the first floor. The staff was very helpful, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There was some trash from a previous guest in the bathroom trash can, but that's okay. We're not picky. The bed was a bit springy and not amazingly comfortable, but it was functional. For the price and location, we were very happy with the facilities. We'd stay here again, for sure.

The room was okay. We found hair and hair ties belonging to someone else in the bathroom, and the shower had no water pressure and did not drain. Otherwise, it was pretty comfortable and spacious.

Hotel was in a perfect location with all tourist spots (apart from the castle) within a ten minute slow walk. Lots of bars and cafes outside the hotel on the street outside. Metro just over the road and the tram only a few minutes walk away to take you all over the city. We felt very safe walking around the area at night time and in the day with no concerns. Reception staff very helpful although we did find some of the waiters a little grumpy at the cafe/bar and were left waiting for over 20 minutes on both our visits to have our order taken In all a great stay and I would highly recommend staying here.

Great hotel located near the old town and the national museum. Good breakfast as well as very comfortable rooms. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. I would definitely visit here again.

the location of the hotel is perfect, the staff is helpfull and ready to help when ever its needed. the looby is very small, the breakfast is very good. the one thing that was'nt good its a strange noice in the bathroom.

Very well positioned in Wenceslas Square, 100 metres from he Mustek tube lift exit, so no problem with luggage. The reception is adjacent to the restaurant [good food] and we were welcomed by friendly staff. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet in the vaulted ceiling room of the restaurant was absolutely perfect and a shame to leave it. A very pleasant stay and should I return to Prague I would be happy to stay here again.
