We loved our stay. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very kind. The hotel is a little bit out of the main town but very close to the tram stop so it was very easy to get into town. Only downside is that they didn’t change our towels when they say they do on the third day.

Room was unclean. They only replace towels every 3 days ( proven to be unsanitary ) and you could hear every noise from the outside while inside the room.
The staff did their job well but weren’t particularly corteous and most had trouble with English, this didn’t bother me or detract from the experience but I think should be mentioned. The breakfast is ok at best, I ended up only getting coffee or juice after trying it the first day.
The location is pretty good though , a close walk to the center and lots of transportation around

There was a pipeline noise throughout the night and the smell of smoking when first entered the room. I wouldn’t stay again in this place but the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Appalling experience at this hotel. I left a bag in my room containing my luggage and some very expensive items including fragrances, sunglasses and unopened bottles of high value patron and they stole the high value items and claimed that they knew nothing of them. The manager was very nonchalant about the issue when I showed up to collect my item and didn’t even attempt to investigate. Don’t stay here they are dishonest.

No internet in rooms. Making it impossible for tourists to plan the trip. Had to top up data ourself. Making it more expensive of a trip than we expected it to be. Repeated requests at front desk.
I would not recommend the place.
Food was quite basic too. Could be better.

Property was clean, excellent staff. Great breakfast. Our flight was delayed and they arranged self check in- in and the middle of the night, it was very easy and super convenient.
