The buffet breakfast was lovely and was kept well stocked by the staff who were very polite and friendly. The rooms were large and very clean and comfortable.

The place was great! Parking was very tricky because the closest place overnight was Palladium which is 9 minutes away from the hotel and we stayed 2 nights which was over $100.

Amazing place to stay. The staff were very kind and the rooms were beautiful, clean and in a great location. It was my partner's birthday weekend which was the reason for our holiday and the staff gave us a complimentary drink left in the hotel room when we got back to the room. Very pleased and 100% recommend.

A really great and unusual boutique hotel

Property couldn’t be in a better location, very close to most city attractions, bars & restaurants, shopping, but just far enough off the main roads that it’s pretty quiet. I had an issue with the shower in the original room I had booked. Shower was very poorly designed, was shallow and didn’t drain well leading to the whole bathroom flooding after a short shower before dinner, the curtain was also set very far away from the shower and it was just a disaster. I complained in the morning and was given a different room, this one with a real shower door. This shower was still shallow and leaked but not nearly as bad as the original room. I attached photos from the second room, I wish I had taken it from the first room because it was BAD and I had to request more towels to clean it up. Property and rooms are very dated. No AC (Google said at the time of my check in they had AC and I informed the front desk but since it wasn’t on Expedia they kind of dismissed it) and the bedding is worn, pillows not very comfortable. Carpet was musty and stained. Room wasn’t cleaned very professionally, small details like somebody else’s dental floss were on the floor in my room (picture attached). I had booked this hotel in hopes of using the Expedia upgrade for 20% off the spa but after seeing the condition of the hotel I just decided to skip it and not spend anymore money here and risk a bad experience. Bistro looked good, though I didn’t eat there. Courtyard is cute. Good breakfast.

Good location for walking to major attractions with lovely peaceful courtyard for evening meals and drinks. Furnished in old style but modern and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was superb. Staff were lovely. Highly recommended.

Nice, comfortable hotel located in the heart of old Prague

I cannot say enough good things about my stay at this property. It is an absolute gem in Prague Old Town. So close to everything, but tucked away in a quiet corner. The staff is exceptional; the service was above and beyond all expectations. Great rooms, great meals, great value. Just a 10/10 experience and will most definitely be staying there again in the future!

Quiet and Peaceful stay

Great boutique hotel If you’re not looking for that big corporate atmosphere. Nice restaurant with garden setting available for meals. Food always fresh and top notch. Bathroom nicely appointed and updated. Welcoming enviroment. Staff was great.

Quiet, peaceful, pretty, comfortable, very clean, great service, loved the out of the way location, no complaints except the scratchy bed sheet. I think it was flannel. Too warm. The bathroom had a heated floor which was a very nice feature. We weren’t able to get a massage because of scheduling but we did use the jacuzzi and sauna. It’s a private set up so you’re not sharing with others. Really beautiful week we had there.

It is a unique place to stay

A smallish, lovely hotel, that seems more like an inn, close to everything but in it’s own quiet space. Full of interesting artwork. Staffed by nice, helpful folks.
