This was great! It’s like having your own apartment with the commodities of an hotel. Reaching reception was a little difficult but other than that everything ran smoothly.

The room was amazing, great location, very clean and modern, only issue we had was the heating was always on high and very uncomfortable, I tried emailing the contact about it but they never replied, we did our best to try and turn the A/C down but it didn’t work!

Property was in an excellent location, right in the middle of Prague centre, everything was walkable. Room was spacious with a large bed. Bathroom was well equipped and very clean.The only issue we had was the heating, even when we turned it off it was still extremely hot making it difficult to sleep. Would have been good to know there was building work right outside which was noisy early in the morning, we had the window open so was very noisy.Overall would recommend if you are visiting Prague

Beautiful rooms, especially the bathroom! Excellent location right in the city centre next to the Wenceslas Square. Lovely building very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

I loved this hotel. The rooms were clean and incredibly spacious. Bed was very comfortable, shower had excellent water pressure (even the rain shower option). The location also couldn't be beat - short walk to Old Town Square and 2 Chriskindlmarkts. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed for three nights in a very large room in a beautiful, centrally located building with fantastic style. The elevator was wide and clean, and the room itself was very spacious with wooden floors. I really loved the style and everything worked perfectly. There were even USB outlets, which I have often missed in other hotels. The ceilings are very high, and despite being on one of the main streets, the double-glazed windows completely block out any noise. The hotel has an excellent level of cleanliness, my room was immaculate. The minibar worked, and there was even an espresso machine with capsules, an iron with ironing board, and a small safe. The staff provided excellent remote assistance whenever needed, which made the stay very smooth and enjoyable despite there being no reception. This is probably one of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in, so I would give it five stars without hesitation. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to everyone.

We loved our stay at the Mottl House. The bed is very comfortable, the shower was very nice, and our room was clean and beautiful. The architectural details made our stay feel special. The metro is directly outside of the hotel and made for convenient travel anywhere. The only downside is that the walls are quite thin. I hope we can stay here again.

Great rooms, but this time they did not send me the checkin email. When I mailed them, no reply. I called them, they said "they have no access to hotels.com". Ridiculous, becasue I booked many times and it was always an immediate email. Bad customer service.

We would book again excellent accommodation very central, everything is walkable.

The lack of reception at the property, while normally not an issue, led to problems when the water supply was turned off for an entire day. I was supplied with a bottle but showering/toilet flushing/hand washing was difficult. I was informed only a few hours before check in whilst travelling. The AC in the room was also not working which made for uncomfortable sleeping. The lack of room keys/cards and instead using a code on your mobile phone is a mistake and I imagine could lead to problems. I would not stay in the property again. It was a lovely building with clean and spacious rooms but the lack of water is a serious concern.

Great location overall in the heart of the city within walking distance to plenty, Room layout was unique and stood out from cookie cutter larger corporate properties.

Very clean and comfortable room. Great bed and comfortable. Had a fridge in the room which was good. Only issue was noise from the bar opposite which continued until 0500 on the weekends

It was an excellent choice! The room was clean and spacious. The area is wonderful. Even though it isn’t a hotel, staff were available for any need. I definitely recommend and hope to return. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Stayed at Mottl House for 2 nights and could not have been happier. The location was great, the hotel was perfect and the self check in was spot on. No issues what so ever and would highly recommend to others looking for a stylish and convenient hotel.

The hotel's prime location offers convenient access to local attractions via the metro or on foot, and the accommodations are excellent.

Great place, location, the only reception process was a bit complicated
