The location was fairly good, it is positioned in a bit of a bad place with the highway right next to it, but with the windows closed it is truly a soundproof room. The location has easy access to busses, these can get you pretty much anywhere in the city with ease. You can hop on the 102 from the train station and ride it pretty much right up to the hotel itself, and if you want something to eat you can just hop on the 37 and ride it out to a bus stop that is at most 20 steps from a place called Special Bar Barbra where you can get amazing burger without spending too more than an hour or two round trip. Also, for those who find the rooms warm like we did and the AC does not seem to do enough, just go to the lobby and ask for the staff to unlock the window, they will bring the keys up and provide the service for you. Honestly was a lifesaver after those hot days.

This Park Inn was the best of the chain in which I have ever stayed. Friendly and professional staff, trainees are well trained, cleanliness is excellent. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Both the hotel management and the entire staff do an outstanding job.

This is the second time that we have stayed at the Park Inn during Colours. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The AC works well, which is key in terms of resting up before the festival or for getting a good night's sleep afterwards. The staff in the hotel is friendly and we consistently had maid service this year unlike last year although we usually left the hotel in the afternoon for the festival. The main downside is the location. The walk from the train station is manageable although not terribly scenic and the hotel is a walk from downtown and the Nová Karolina mall. From the mall, it is another 10-15 minutes to the festival grounds. There is a supermarket across from the hall with a basic food selection should you sleep through the breakfast times like we did. Given the cost of the room compared to other similar hotels, the Park Inn was the best deal for us and I have already booked us a room for next year.
