Property is beautiful in the center of Prague old town and 1 block from the river. Beds were comfortable. Some small maintenance issues / current construction that we were not informed of or I would have rated everything 5 stars. Overall still enjoyed our stay and would return

3-night stay. Front desk staff was very friendly and helped with food and sightseeing recommendations. Hotel common areas and room was clean and tidy. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Like most European hotels, only a duvet is provided with no flat sheet so you will be overheating. Did not have the 15 Euro breakfast as there are many better options within walking distance. Bathroom is very small, and lacked counter space due to the artsy sink and faucet arrangement. Shower drain had the smell of sewer gas, which was quite strong at times. Price was high for the overall quality of accommodation, but the location was convenient to most attractions.

I was able to check in early, which was a great bonus. Staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is stunning and my room was just as impressive. It is also in a great location in the city centre. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Location was perfect. Nice room on first floor overlooking tram stop. Noise level was fine, efficient glazing! So close to most of places to visit, easy walking. Some good restaurants nearby too.
