The apartment was very spacious! Heat works well. The kitchen is equipped enough for a quick breakfast but not very many pots and pans or utensils. Great option for a group of 6 and an extra plus for the washer and clothes drying rack.

For 3 couples, this place is ideal. Perfect location. One of the bedrooms is a loft , but each has its own bathroom. Would stay there again...and again

The apartment we had is large, with two separate rooms and a large bathroom between. It was well equipped, with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and stove-top, etc. - all seemed new.
Zuzanne was very helpful as she ensured we had everything we need, helped me get into the parking garage and explained many things about the apartment and Prague.
The only thing missing was an air conditioner. However, I think it would only be used on exceptionally hot days in the Summer, which we experienced. Still, we used a fan to blow air in from outside and that made it comfortable at night.
We would stay here again.

Stayed in flat n. 2 on the ground floor. the flat was big and very clean, and very quiet as it was looking out at the back. however, the person on the flat above woke up at 6am everyday, presumably to go to work, and you could hear everything from the wooden/stone floors. Also, the main office of the agency is only open 9-5, so, if you're tied up with a conference or business meetings all day, you need to leave in order to go see them and pay the local tax. Also, I was there for 3 days and was given only 1 bath and 1 hand towel (although, they were very fluffy and nice!). I know I could have asked for more, but it would be nice if they could provide 2 of each without having to ask. Also, bear in mind that the heating is only controlled centrally by the building, so you couldn't just turn it on, as it got a bit chilly at night and early in the morning (this was in September). I was given extra blankets though by the friendly people at the agency. Generally speaking, I wouldn't recommend this for people on business trips, but it would be a good base for those on tourism. The flat itself is lovely, and beautifully furnished, and the area itself great. I hope they can improve some of these things, like the towels, or to provide some portable heaters for when the heating is not in use.

Ive always stayed in a hotel when visiting Prague but if i ever return, I'll be booking here again (if it is available).
Ideal location. Bars, cafes, restaurants all with 5 minute walk.

Cannot speak highly enough of this residence, its a grand apartment in the old style. The area is amazing next to the Beverly Hills of Prague, and 5 min walk to the old town square and river. The staff is incredible for check-in and help with information. Parking available but only for small car. 6/5 stay!

The apartment was comfortable, clean, in a fantastic location (above Dinitz Restaurant) in the old city, an easy walk to the historical sites, synagogues, and museums. The apartment had plenty of room for two people, or three if one sleeps on the couch. I'd easily stay here again when I have the opportunity to return to Prague. The staff in the rental office across the street were so helpful, providing maps, bus, and local information, and even subway fare! I was 20 czk short on my last day in town for the train to the airport and one of the clerks gave me the coins so I wouldn't have to exchange any money!
My apartment was on the first floor, which required walking up seven or eight steps to access.
The only odd thing was that the wifi didn't work with my android phone, but thanks to the restaurants downstairs and across the street, I was able to connect. The rental office wifi worked fine on an ipad and windows computer.
