The lady at check in was wonderful. All of the staff was really but she was extra helpful to us. I was sick and she opened a little early and arranged for us to get our room earlier as there was surprisingly one available. She was also very kind. The man who checked us out did so very fast as well. Overall, the staff was so easy to deal with and we had great customer service. The room was clean with the TV having a few music channels and news channels I believe in English. The main bathroom in our private room’s apartment (there was 2 private rooms that shared the amenities of the apartment such as 2 bathrooms and a kitchen) had a deep bath tub and hair dryer. This apartment building also has a small elevator and an inexpensive Italian restaurant in it that has good pasta. We had the duck tagliatelle which was superb. There is a Billa grocery store within a few minutes walk, just behind the building, and the Florenc train station is right in front of the apartments. 20 minute walk to the Old Town and 40 minute walk to Prague Castle. None of the walk is uphill either, except for when you are walking up to the Castle of course. The only downsides of this apartment were that our oven did not work but I am sure they have fixed it by now as they said they had a repair man coming. The other downside was that the bed was pretty firm but it was not the worst I have slept on in Eastern Europe. The pillows and blankets were very comfy though and made up for it. Overall, great value! :)

I can recommend this apartment with pleasure, the location is excellent for those who come by bus to Prague, safely, just a couple of minutes from the bus station, everything is close by, a supermarket, a theater, the city center, trams

Was not happy paying an £83 deposit on my card and only getting £60 back, no reason given. Other than that property is very good. I suggest, if you can you pay the deposit in cash, unfortunately I could not as had an early flight on checkout day.

Excellent place to stay if you’re on a budget, has a kitchen shared (luckily no one else fancied using it whilst we stayed there) and a shared bathroom.
Bedrooms cleaned every other day, although we didn’t have our bed made more than once in seven days, we just got new towels.

I liked my stay, and it was the right balance of price and quality for me. The front desk hours were nice compared to some other similarly priced options, and when I arrived (or later had questions) the front desk staff were helpful. The area is a bit removed from the city center but convenient: right near the metro/trams/etc. (Florenc station, about 15 minutes to connect to the city center), a 3 minute walk from a large supermarket, and some a couple good restaurants next door. The apartment setup was also convenient for a relaxing stay. One minor issue was that my reservation information said there would be a microwave in the room, so I purchased a microwave dinner at the supermarket one night not realizing I hadn't actually seen a microwave, and it wasn't in my room when I got back to heat and eat the food. So I hope the staff check what is listed here on hotels.com as included with the rooms to avoid confusion, although the staff were helpful (offered to bring me a microwave to my room the next day, though I didn't need it, and let me heat up the food that one time in the front office). I only mention the microwave because it's confusing planning a long distance trip without knowing exactly what to expect. I still had a great stay, and would happily stay here again if I return to Prague.

The hotel provide breakfast inside the room as it is so small that cannot affort a dinning room. very very close to main bus station as we take long distance bus from vienna. very easy to find and highly recommended for those travellers loke us by taking bus to this hotel as only 3 mins walk from main long bus station

There are metro, bus and tram stations near by. Not far from heart of Prague if you like to walk! Everything was ok except you can hear the voice from downstairs very clearly. Disappointing breakfast as they only gave you some toast, jam and snack bar not even eggs or milk. It cost us £9 for 3 days but I’d rather get them in BILLA.
