SKY Hotel Prague

Nobody there for checking in. Directly across the street from a large federal penitentiary...the hotel had shady tenants loitering about. Security fencing makes for unwelcome ambiance. I bailed and disputed my booking. Stay away

Nothing is clear and intuitive and nobody is there to help

Room ok BUT pin dosent work, info about parking was wrong. Thay ask aditional significant fee for car parking. The cost was around aditional 25€…

Just a total hassle to get in, looking for emails, PIN numbers, etc., etc. Not what you want at midnight after a series of delayed flights. Just charge a few extra Euros and have a member of staff!

Very clean, comfortable. Well-lit with good locations of lights. The bed was comfortable and linens were great. There is a nice coffee machine in the lobby that makes espresso. Nice gentleman helped us with accessing our room. I really recommend this hotel and we enjoyed the visit, staying two extra nights.

The staff was friendly but no early check in and had to uber travel away from property for food

This hotel was just okay. The reason I booked it was because it was close to the airport, and stated it provided a shuttle. Once I got to the hotel the front desk person looked miserable, and wouldn't speak English to me. They informed me that they did not offer shuttles. Breakfast was okay. Customer service was awful.

Nice hotel with a very efficient & friendly front desk personnel. Very comfortable bed. Clean, spacious room. Windows are not soundproof, so at times the traffic near by can get pretty loud. Offers breakfast but unable to provide “breakfast to go” when requested at checking due to really early flight. Request for “to go breakfast” must be submitted when booking. They will provide a cab per request. I used Bolt (Czech equivalent of Uber) and driver arrived in 5 minutes at 4am. No problems at all. Would book again.

Hotel had very limited service offerings. Over-priced for even an airport hotel

The shower didn’t have cold water and the hotel clerk recommended another room. Everything was in working condition with new room.

The hotel was wonderful and updated, but the shower drain was a problem and had overflowed onto the adjacent carpet. They had cleaned it, but it was still wet when I checked in. I think it was an isolated problem. The hotel was very nice.

I’ve stayed in countless hotels across more than 40 countries, and during this one-month trip alone, I stayed at 20 different hotels throughout Europe. But this was the first time I encountered a hotel with a toilet lid that didn’t even fit the toilet properly — truly unacceptable. As soon as I walked into the hotel, I was greeted by oversized, cheap-looking paintings hanging in the entrance and along the hallways. They mostly featured flight attendants and airplanes in exaggerated, awkward styles that made me uncomfortable just looking at them. Honestly, they were quite disturbing — the kind of decor that makes you cringe rather than feel welcome. Thinking back now, those pictures on the walls were downright awful. I’ve never seen anything like it in any other hotel I’ve stayed in.
