The hotel is located walking distance from the city centre , excellent location, staff polite and professional. Our only issue was that we were closed to the staff lift and it was very noisy from early morning and this prevent us from resting. The whole morning we could hear banging of doors or different utilities. The room was specious and well maintained with lovely view. Breakfast variety could be better, a small breakfast seating area. Parking is available, paid but secure. Altogether we had a good time. Thanks

We stayed in total for 9 days in November 2025. The location was perfect in Old Town with easy access to the Metro, Old Town for restaurants and bars and short distances to some major sights. The hotel Manager and Reception staff were professional, courteous and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable and had a minibar if one wanted to use, a coffee maker and an in room safe for security. Hot water always available in the shower and bathroom. There was also a heated towel rail which was useful on chilly mornings that we had whilst there. Heating was very efficient. The buffet breakfast was excellent with av variety of hot and cold foods. Serving and kitchen staff were very helpful and spoke reasonable English. Overall a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The room was so hot that we ate in the hallway. All of the guests were dressed to go out for the day and all of the staff were in short sleeved shirts. The food was typical, not very good, European hotel fare.

The hotel is perfectly located in the old town. A stone’s throw away from the cobbled streets full of dining and drinking options. You are also very close to the Parliament Palace, the National Cathedral, Opera House, Revolution Square, National Theatre…the list goes on. The hotel has everything you need and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The in- house massage was amazing - worth every penny after a long day of walking around visiting the sights of Bucharest.

Perfect location in the old town and for exploring the city. Room was clean and comfortable. The decor is older style but that goes with the surroundings. Staff were polite. Breakfast was simple but nice. I would definitely stay here again
