Mosilor Residence Apartments

1. This is probably an Expedia problem of not having separate categories, but it's a 24 hour help line not a 24 hour front desk. 2. Did not get check in instructions before showing up at property. They may have tried to text me directly, my sim card is a little sketchy with texts, but they should have emailed as well/instead. I did get a message to scan documents in my email, I don't know why they wouldn't use same method for check in instructions. Only hotel this has happened to me at of the half dozen or so with a similar system I have stayed at. 3. As mentioned earlier it's a help line not a front desk. When I texted the number I got an away message that the number was only manned from 0900 to 1900 and to email outside those hours. The email bounced back undeliverable. They did get back to me outside those hours at 2000 and 2100 so I don't know if they just switched over how they were operating and haven't updated yet, but it was 10 minutes of panic thinking I was going to have to figure out a new hotel last minute on a half dead phone. Outside of the check in issues everything was good . The room itself was really nice, the location was pretty good. The view was great.

Nice place, close to shops, bus stations and old town

The apt was large and clean. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds comfortable. Access was relatively easy when we googled the street and building before we arrived. Grocery store next door very handy. One small complaint no sink or tub plugs anywhere. Bring your own.

Great stay. One addition would be a 2nd blanket for bed or a larger one. Loved this stay

Very nice apartment, easy to reach by metro and Tram. Tram stop only a 2 minute walk from apartment. Was given very clear instructions by host on how to check in. It was good that check in was at 2pm and check out not until 12pm so had a bit of time to relax. Apartment kitchen was fully equiped with microwave and kitchen.

Says, that they have 24/7 front desk, and I thought there was an actual person in there, but I had to call a phone, that hang up 2 tumes, until finally getting thru. Then, they send a link to pay, with credit card. Room was good, no complaint at all. They need to be, more specific about check in procedure!!

Large bright clean room. Drainage problem in the shower was not fixed for 2 days despite request. Communication stopped after payment. No instructions for air conditioning on a 35 degrees day. The room was boiling when you arrived. Very limited accessories in the kitchen. No tea towel or draining area for dishes.

better than expected

The apartment was clean safe and welcoming. I would stay here again if I was ever in the area. Also had an extremely comfortable couch.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. The room is spacious and in a nice neighborhood with a market close by. Easy access to transportation. Definitely recommend this apartment.

A desastreus check in

The apartment was prefect for me as a solo traveller, it has cooker microwave and fridge so I could cook if I wanted to, the place was clean which is always a bonus as I travel a lot, had an issue with the Toilet during my stay, when messaged the property they came and sorted it out within the hour, staff were very friendly and helpful

This property lied to me about early check in, and I had to nowhere to sleep when I got off the plane at 2.30am. I am a young female solo traveller and they were so careless about my safety. I was told through email that I would receive early check in details and Elena lied to me! I was stranded and so upset! Worse service I have ever experienced, do not bother

We booked this place last minute and were positively surprised. The price was great, but the place itself was also awesome: it had everything we needed and it was in a great, central location. The only things I would’ve changed were that we couldn’t make the A/C work and there were lights that didn’t work/had no switch. Otherwise, it was wonderful!

The property was cute and big. It had everything that I needed and was very well located. I had some issues about the light but it was fixed very quickly.

This is excellent value for competent travellers. If you want to stay in a centre-edge place in Bucharest, and get to and from the airport cheaply and easily, it is unbeatable. You have to ring or write ahead to get the building code; it's easier than that may sound, and I found the operators to be highly efficient. I took the 5 lei airport train to the main train station (Gara de Nord) and then a 3 lei metro fare to Obor (three stops), and got my bearings to walk towards Mihai Eminescu. You may find it hard to get cash out at the airport with a foreign credit card, but the airport train takes credit cards and you can buy lei at Gara du Nord with euros, dollars or a card. Not hard at all, and the walk from Obor metro was just a km, with a couple of enthusiastic beggars but no real drama (there was snow, but if you're neither inept nor too frail, you will be fine). The place was an enormous and clean studio apartment, with hot water; absolutely great value and gives you a sense of accomplishment for not having braved the much more expensive taxis and hotels. I wanted to eat ciorba (soup) that I saw on the way there, but it had just closed at 8pm in winter; funnily enough open late there was an exquisite Pakistani restaurant (of course more expensive and nichey than ciorba at about 20 euro for the meal, no alcohol sold, but as good as anything you would get in, say, the UK). Also a perfectly fine supermarket next door. Thanks Expedia for throwing this option out to me!

I would stay here again.

This was a solo traveller city break for 5 nights. I wanted somewhere that was relatively central to amenities and sights, that was comfortable and safe. Apart from a v noisy fridge right next to the bed and thin curtains that let a little bit too much light, this property met all my needs.

Apartment no. 4 The conditions were very bad - dirty room with a bad smell and loud music at midnight.
