Rooms and location are ideal. People who are wary of carrying luggage up quite a few stairs might have concerns.

Close to restaurants and town.

Loved the location, the courtyard structure of the building, very comfortable bed, bathroom, and climate control, breakfast. Staff was very helpful getting taxis and managing flight delays and spoke very good English. Be advised, no elevator and reception only present from 8 am to 8 pm. All in all, charming building just around the corner from the Orthodox cathedral.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They went out of their way to ship an item we forgot all the way to Brasov, and kept in contact throughout the process. The rooms are decent. If you stay in any "old town" in Romania, don't expect elevators or ultra-modern amenities. It was a great experience

Nearly froze the first night with no heat, and minimal blankets. The building had no elevator. I would not return

Niice very modern renovation of an older (19th century?) building, right off a main boulevard 5 minutes away from just about everything you'd want to see in Cluj. Staff is friendly and helpful, my room was adequate for the price and breakfast was generous and tasty. Only 2 quibbles. 1. skimpy pillow. 2. no way to adjust heat/cooling in room and in the course of 4 days in mid-October, one would have need of both.

Great place to stay in a great location. The breakfast was exceptional! The only downside is the parking situation but that was expected as the hotel is in a busy city center area.

Palace Boulevard is a wonderful little destination right off the beating path close to shopping and the town Square really nice breakfast… Wonderful staff… Good clean rooms… Very enjoyable

Great staff; the single room was small but comfy. very clean.

Very well situated close to the city center. The staff were helpful and the rooms have everything one needs. The breakfast was ok and also the variety of food. The only thing that I disliked was the color of the walls: dark grey. Very uninspired as the rooms seem even darker (not much light anyway). Also, there was a bad smell in the bathroom.

Llegue sobre las 22:30, entre en hotel y habitación sin problema. Habitación impecable, desayuno bufete mucha variedad y muy completo. Hotel muy céntrico

Et trivelig hotell midt i bysentrum, men uten å bli plaget av noe støy. Hyggelig betjening og rent og ordentlig. Frokosten helt ok, ikke det helt store utvalget, men mer enn godt nok :)

Hotellet var hyggelige, personalet var hyggelig, rengjøring var veldig dårlige på vår suite brukte de max 5 min på "rengjøring" om dagen, frokosten var dårlig siste timen av frokosten var det nesten tomt for mat og beliggenhet var veldig bra, rolige området midt i byen.

I had a wonderful stay here. The place is basically a few old apartments divided into hotel rooms, connected by an inner court yard. The advantage is that the walls are thick and it's really quiet in the rooms. All amenities were in place, and everything was clean. There were sufficient power outlets in the room to charge any electronic equipment. And most of all: bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was included, which was good. Everything was made fresh, and sometimes the bread rolls and pastries were still warm. Selection is a bit limited but it's definitely tasty. Two quirks with the place: Google Maps will lead you to the back entrance, which is at the main street/boulevard. Also, the light switches may not be for the nearest lights, to keep things interesting. All in all, I'll definitely consider staying here again if there'll be a next visit to Cluj.
