Customer service was good - I arrived very late at the hotel yet my checkin was quick and easy. The room was good. Though I feel the washroom could use some improvements. Cost was decent. Overall, I would recommend a stay here.

Great hotel. Clean and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast buffet. Was very helpful and accommodating when I extended me and my family’s stay and accidentally booked for just for myself.

Hotel employees are really really helpful and understandable. I would love to stay there over and over. Hotel is super clean. Food was great too. I had to extend my stay one day more and they changed me the same whatever I paid online. Hotel's money exchange rates were ok too.

This was probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed in and certainly the worst Best Western. The first room I was in smelled really badly and the shower had zero pressure. I then changed rooms to much nicer smelling room but found cigarette burns in the bedding and other peoples body hair on the bathroom floor. The Internet was also very hit and miss in this second room and I often had to move around the room to connect. Great price for Riyadh but I certainly won't stay again. I would urge Best Western to check this hotel carefully as I don't think it matches up to their usual standards.

The best was comfortible bed, other furniture needs renovation, rooms are small, but really clean & excellent value for money (comparing to same level in Riyadh). Friendly stuff making everyone feels like special. Parking is an issue. Still will book there in the future...

First, this hotel advertises itself as "adults-only" yes during our stay there were several families with children. There were two children on our floor who were running and screaming all morning. Second the drainage in the bathroom is such that the floor is always wet after a shower and all night due to leaking faucets. The room was clean and comfortable, the internet was excellent and the breakfast buffet was better than most I have had in Riyadh. The hotel is close to a lot of things guests need, but the other problem is that we took three taxi rides back to the hotel and not one of the drivers knew where it was. The phone number listed on Expedia and the hotel's own card did not answer when the taxi driver called. My negative review is mainly based on the fact we booked this hotel because it was adults only and then were disappointed to find children.

The air con temperature in the room was uncontraollable. It was only either ON (at very low temperature) or OFF. With the air con turned on at low temperautre, there was no hot water AT ALL for the sink nor the shower at all 4 nights I stayed there. It is just unaccetable. I tried to ask the hotel staff if they could offer me just 1 day of complimentary breakfast as a compensation, but the answer is NO. Will never stay at this place again nor recommend any friends to stay there.
