Ray was very approachable and always on hand to help at breakfast, a real asset to the team.

The whole experience was excellent. The rooms were super spacious and clean. The staff went out of their way to help, front of house and reception - Javed accommodated our needs and were very welcoming. Breakfast was great. Kumar looked after the live cooking section and provided all we asked far, waffles, eggs every way! all at good quality super fast and with a smile. Breakfast was all excellent quality food in warm welcoming environment, the staff were helpful and friendly and Ray made sure we had all we needed. The whole experience means we would seriously consider rebooking and will recommend to anyone we know looking for quality accommodation in Al Khobar. Thanks for a great stay.

Great stay

The rooms were old. Definitely not a Hilton standard!!

The rating of the hotel is not appropriate. The first room was in terrible shape, worn-out carpet and a bad smell. They move me to another one that was Ok. the hotel needs renovation baldly.

I stayed at the Doubletree Hilton Hotel in Alkhobar for six days and was disappointed with several aspects of my stay. While the lobby and reception area were marvelous, and the food was excellent, the condition of my room left much to be desired. The carpet in my room was dirty, and it was clear it hadn’t been shampooed. Additionally, the room had a strong smoke odor, which I suspect was due to being placed on a smoking floor. The wash basin in the bathroom had a blockage and didn’t drain properly, and the toilet flush wasn’t efficient enough. The soap tray was also problematic, as the soap kept slipping off. I found these issues annoying and expected better maintenance. Although the reception and front desk staff were excellent, my experience with room service was lacking. I requested extra towels, but they were never provided. In summary, while the hotel shines in terms of food and the lobby, the room quality and service need significant improvement. This should help you convey your experience clearly and effectively.

Quite old and water temperature changing during shower!

The stay was amazing, quiet, and super comfy. The only thing bothering me was the "too many lights switches". To be in total darkness you have to turn off a lot of switches, as there was no "master switch".

It is a nice property and well-located in town if you're visiting Aramco and KFUPM. However, the property is really old and not well maintained.

Decent large rooms. Good staff.
