The hotel's staff, particularly Sayed Khan, Forhad (omelette guy), and Shahadat Hossen, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Their politeness and attention to detail were truly commendable. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed and offers a serene atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location is ideal, providing easy access to the holy sites. I was particularly impressed by the hotel's excellent service. The staff were always available to assist with any request, and their efficiency was top-notch. The hotel location was very good, haram 5-8 minute walk. The housekeeping staff was very good. Cleaned our room every day, gave us fresh towels as well as water. Bellboys were good. When we called them to take up/down luggage, came straight away. We did not use other services such as breakfast, laundry so can't comment. A laungry shop was 2 minutes away as well as money exchange.

Lack of cleanliness and comfort. For a hotel that is walking distance to the haram and clock tower, it should be a true 5 star inside and out. However it almost feels like a motel or a 3 star. The rooms need major renovations for the price per night.
