Wrong room type than booked, & was not changed as promised. Not a disaster but so many little things were disappointing. I think the worst being the bizarre sensory lighting system, which constantly switched off when you're in the shower or when reading a book. Very annoying.

The phone in the room was dialing the extensions but could never reach anyone. Had to get dressed and go to the reception and tell them to get someone from room service to call me so I can order. When I got the call and placed the order the person on the other line told me they could not find this item in the menu even if mentioned on which page it was . Decided to order food from outside the hotel. Very inconvenient that you are not able to call reception, room service, maintenance or anyone and need to go to the reception. Bfast options were very very poor as well

Hotel did not have the room we booked. Corridor on 2nd floor where we stayed was very hot. Dinner my vollegue could not eat. After complaining we had to explain in details what was wrong and finally they did not charge my Collegue for the food he could not eat as chocked was very hard.

Rummet var väldigt dåligt pga högt ljud från massa AC som monterade bredvid rummet. vi kunde inte sova de två nätterna. vi har märkt detta från första minut och frågade personalen att byta rum men vi fick dåligt bemötande. väldig onöjd.

In den sehr schön eingerichteten Zimmern, ist es bedingt durch die angrenzenden Straßen und Klimaanlagen sehr laut. Ein erholsamer Schlaf war daher für mich nicht möglich. Die Restaurantleistung und das Frühstück ist eher bescheiden. Z.B wurden Wurstwaren über mehre Stunden ungekühlt auf dem Buffet platziert. Dieses wurde auch nach meinem Hinweis nicht geändert. Ansonsten ist dieses ein neues Hotel mit guten Betten und schöner Ausstattung in einem aufstrebenden Stadtbezirk. Für Menschen die bei Lärm gut schlafen können und die mit dem Essen vorsichtig sind, hat diese Hotel ein gutes Preis / Leistung Verhältnis.
