Very well appointed and spacious apartment with everything we needed for cooking and catching up on some washing. Property manager was informative and helpful loved our stay here!

It was an amazing stay

Overall just a great place to stay. We will be back next year.

The apartment was very clean. The kitchen was set up well with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes, stove, oven, fridge, clothes washer, etc. There are two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Just fyi, there is no dishwasher. There is also no a/c in the apartment and it gets very warm. I bought a couple fans and was comfortable but it is May and not overly hot like summer may be. The area around the apartment was very nice and the park was lovely. A nice beach is a short drive (approx. 4 miles) away. There are several restaurants. We ate at nearly all of them and never had a bad meal. My ONLY complaint is in regard to the bed and the sofa. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. The sofa seems to be broken down, probably from people sleeping on it rather than the bed. I slept on the sofa but did not sleep well as it was uncomfortable, but still more comfortable than the bed. I would have given this place a higher rating if not for the bed and sofa. A restful sleep is very important to me.

We were pleasantly surprised at how well equip and spacious this accommodation was, amazing value for the money, first class throughout and very clean x Staff we met were very friendly x we chose it because we could bring the dog and we would use the accommodation in future. Very firm bed, low sofas and the floor in our apartment squeaked if you wanted to be picky. we were out most of the time so didn’t really bother us. Parking was off street about 50 metres away

For me and my Frenchie this was a very comfortable stay. I was a nightmare guest in that I locked myself out while walking the dog late Sunday evening. Although I had Marco’s number on my work phone I only had my personal phone in hand with 8% battery. Fortunately it was still light being summer. I phone Hotels.com to request help and they called back quite quickly to give me Carlo’s number and say he would be about ten minutes. Not only did he graciously let me in he also checked how I was enjoying the apartment and was very interested in my helping me have a positive experience. Then upon departure I forgot my electric toothbrush. I texted Marco once back home and he quickly confirmed it had been found and he would get it to a friend of mine in the area. Marco really went above and beyond and asked for nothing from me to compensate him. I will definitely stay here again if returning to Forres. BTW it’s a very beautiful area with a great mix of nature and amenities.

apartment was lovely, small issues, would have prefered bath sheet towels as opposed to bath towels. The shower was hot but not very strong. The bed was a pretty uncomfortable. . As i say these are small issues .would have no hesitation in staying again

The owner was very friendly and informative and i liked the fact he greeted us when we arrived. The apartment was sufficient for what we needed.

Area was amazing, apartment was overall good. Only issue was the bed.

Het was een mooi ruim appartement, alleen alles erin was niet altijd in super staat. Alles werkt, maar daarmee is het wel wat gezegd;) de douche is vooral krap en onhandig. Pannen en keukengerei zijn ook niet in goede staat en ook niet alles is aanwezig.
