The only thing that was not so nice was the road out from the A915, but we heard that‘s being corrected soon.

Excellent place to stay! Very friendly hostess (Anne) who made us feel right at home. Spotless room (& house for that matter), and everything worked as it should. Great breakfast with fresh duck eggs and 3 types of sausage! Location was OK being only about 15-20 minutes from Saint Andrews, but be prepared for some typically Scottish skinny roads/lanes on the way there.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Balhousie B&B! Rooms were cosy and the views were lovely! Our host Anne was very welcoming and made sure we were well looked after! The breakfast was delicious; especially the duck eggs from their own ducks! I would definitely come and stay again!

This was a great way to spend one of our last nights in Scotland and honestly wish we could have had more than one night. The farm is on a beautiful, secluded property and very quiet and serene, complete with ducks on a pond. The room was comfortable and homely and the breakfast delicious. The hostess was a lovely lady and made us feel very welcome. There was a local pub/hotel about 10 minutes drive away where we had a great meal.
