Lovely welcome from Theresa room nice size and very clean breakfast was really good and Theresa made it feel very much like staying at a friends home

It was truly a lovely stay for a night before or after a flight. Bed was comfortable, shower was great, and breakfast the next day was delicious! Teresa was so kind and walking down the lane next to the house was a great way to stretch our legs.

Absolutely beautiful location. Bed extremely comfortable. Location is very good either for Inverness or Elgin etc. would certainly return. Views are beautiful and very peaceful. Hosts including Bebee the Boston were lovely.

The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. However, the bed kind of overwhelmed the room, leaving very little space for luggage or to walk around.

Easy to find, great short stay

Room was clean, but well equipped, first impression of the hosts poor, then better.

Excellent breakfast and very comfortable bed. One tip - don’t use the postcode to find the property. 10/10 all round.

So peaceful as it was a working farm and the house is surrounded by farmland. Parking right near the front door which was opened by the lovely host who showed us in to a lovely spacious room with ensuite. A continental breakfast was included but we paid a small amount for a cooked one.

The home is oit in the fields, away from town by about 4 miles, buy clean and quiet. Theresa was a delightful host and we were impressed with the cleanliness.

Very nice room, airbnb style, in a beatiful new coutry home outside Inverness. Our hosts were gracious and friendly. Peaceful country setting.

Remote property, confined to your room, no where to go nothing to see or do, but the property was quiet and clean

Really nice friendly host

Room was heated only intermittently. Misunderstood that breakfast was continental without additional cost. Breakfast was served at 8 am only.

The property was fine - clean with good breakfast. But we were thinking it was closer to Inverness. That was our own fault I suppose since we looked it up. It was not close enough to "run into town for dinner." The location is peaceful but far from a town. It reminded me of midwest US with farms and wheatfields surrounding. The closest town was Nairn where we found a good place to eat dinner. But if you are looking for a location from which to explore Inverness, this is not the place.

The owners have created a lovely bed and breakfast. It is “ in the country” but easy to get to Inverness and area sites. It was nice to have the bright stars at night.
