A cosy small family run hotel and restaurant on the coast with great views. Plenty of onsite parking, warm welcome on arrival. Room was spacious and comfortable with a sea view. Both the evening meal and breakfast are delicious with a good selection of food and drink. Can highly recommend dining here. Thank you especially Angie the morning breakfast server. Will definitely stay again.

Wow , this is the hotel I will be staying at from now on when visiting Aberdeen . The food and location are outstanding . The staff friendly and helpful . What more do you need . Had a nice walk in the morning . One of the best nights sleep I have had in a while . Cant wait to stay again .

Second visit to Cove Bay hotel, both visits to see a family members. Hotel is on the outskirts of Aberdeen overlooking the North Sea. Our rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. The bathrooms have a great shower but could have done with another radiator as they were quite chilly. The food is excellent. Hot breakfast items are many, and good quality. Evening meal was tasty and pleasant service.

Desk staff were helpful. Parking was very limited when the restaurant was busy. Dinner and breakfast were very good, but we were asked to wait in the bar area (which smelled smoky at the entrance) until our booking time. Room was clean, tastefully decorated and lots of outlets!

only for when you get out the car 😀 The hotel was all we expected frm previous reviews. One night stopover for football at Cove Rangers, but would certainly go back for a longer visit. Everything was exceptionally good, except the articesque blast of wind that greeeted us in the carpark. The quality shown through from the staff to the food and the accommodation. Highly recommended.
