Was delayed due to a ferry cancellation and they had last minute availability for myself. Despite the front of the hotel from the main road looking tired was extremely surprised when going in the hotel entrance rather than the bar; it was large, expansive extremely clean and really reasonable priced. The room was spotless and the staff pleasant and attentive. Can’t fault it, disappointed that I had to leave early and miss the buffet breakfast which was a £9 additional

We only stayed for one night. The location is great. The room was decent.
When we went to our room, we noticed that the bin was not emptied as it was full of rubbish. Then, while I was walking in the room I noticed that the carpet was so dirty that things got stuck on my socks (paper label, hair ).
The breakfast was really good.

The hotel was not bad, the room had three twin beds in it which I thought was fun, but the room had a bad musty odor to it. When we told the desk clerk she gave us a bottle of room freshener. Because of this fact we did not feel that the room or the bathroom were truly as clean as they should have been so we didn't use the shower. We did eat at the bar and the food was fine, the quiche was very nice. My only issue was just the smell and the feeling of cleanliness of the room.

Good location to explore the isle. We had a family room booked for myself, daughter, and two teenage grandkids. The clerk quickly found us 2 twin bedded rooms so we had more space.
Only downside to the hotel was that all of us found the beds too hard and uncomfortable.
